BANGKA,PERKARANEWS.COM — PT TIMAH Tbk menyerahkan bantuan untuk Baharudin (12) anak nelayan yang tengah menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit setelah mengalami kecelakaan laut bersama ayahnya Hasanudin (45) pekan lalu yang meninggal akibat peristiwa ini.
Musibah kecelakaan ini terjadi saat Baharudin dan ayahnya sedang melaut di di perairan Karang Langkore, Sungailiat, Bangka, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Sabtu (6/12/2025). Ayah Bahar tersambar petir dan Bahar mengalami luka bakar sehingga harus mendapatkan perawatan intensif di rumah sakit.
Bantuan dari PT TIMAH Tbk ini diserahkan langsung oleh Departement Head TJSL PT TIMAH Tbk, Risal Barung Mangontan kepada Winda (37) Ibu Baharudin yang turut disaksikan Ketua DPC HNSI Kabupaten Bangka, Slamet Riyadi, Rabu (10/12/2025),
Melalui bantuan ini diharapkan dapat meringankan beban keluarga, terutama untuk kebutuhan perawatan Bahar yang mengalami luka bakar akibat kecelakaan tersebut.
Winda menceritakan, Bahar anak keduanya baru selesai menjalani operasi pasca musibah yang menimpa anak dan suaminya. Kini Bahar masih menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit.
“Sudah selesai operasinya, masih masa pemulihan. Dia memang sering ikut suami pergi melaut karena mau bantu ayahnya biasanya mereka 1 minggu baru pulang. Kini ayahnya sudah tidak ada, saya merasa masih belum menyangka peristiwa ini terjadi di keluarga kami,” cerita Winda dengan wajah tertunduk.
Winda menyebutkan, Bahar mengalami luka bakar di bagian tubuhnya saat menolong ayahnya yang tersambar petir. Kapal yang mereka tumpangi karam dan mesin-mesin terbakar.
“Bahar terluka karena menolong bapaknya, dia yang memanggil nelayan lainnya minta pertolongan. Padahal hari itu mereka mengabarkan akan pulang, tapi ternyata ada musibah ini,” ucapnya.
Dirinya bersyukur dan berterima kasih, PT TIMAH Tbk telah memberikan bantuan untuk mendukung pemulihan anaknya. Baginya, bantuan ini sangat berarti untuk mereka. Winda kini harus membesarkan kelima anaknya yang masih kecil-kecil.
“Alhamdullillah, terima kasih sekali atas bantuan dari PT TIMAH Tbk ini, ini sangat berarti bagi kami untuk membantu biaya pengobatan Bahar setelah ke luar dari rumah sakit. Semoga PT TIMAH Tbk sukses terus,” ujar warga Parit Pekir, Sungailiat, Bangka ini.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPC HNSI Kabupaten Bangka, Slamet Riyadi mengatakan Bahar memang sejak dulu pergi ke laut membantu ayahnya. Dirinya bersyukur PT TIMAH Tbk dapat merespon cepat dan membantu biaya pengobatan Bahar.
“Anak ini memang luar biasa membantu ayahnya pergi ke laut, karena kalau perahu pancing ini tidak bisa sendiri. Alhamdullilah hari ini PT TIMAH Tbk merespon cepat dan memberikan bantuan bagi Bahar untuk biaya pengobatan, ini sangat berguna bagi keluarga mereka,” katanya.
Kedepan, Ia berharap, PT TIMAH Tbk dapat terus bersinergi dengan HNSI untuk membantu nelayan baik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan maupun untuk membantu nelayan yang mendapatkan musibah. (Yuko)
