Perkara Narkotika Ammar Zoni Kembali Disidangkan, JPU Tanggapi Eksepsi Terdakwa

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1A Khusus Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (20/11/2025) kembali menyidangkan perkara dugaan penyalahgunaan narkotika yang menjerat aktor Ammar Zoni bersama lima terdakwa lainnya yakni Asep, Ardian Prasetyo, Andi Mualim, Ade Candra Maulana, dan Muhammad Rivaldi.

 

Sidang yang digelar secara daring tersebut memasuki agenda pembacaan jawaban Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) terhadap eksepsi yang diajukan tim pembela para terdakwa.

Perkara bernomor 632/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN Jkt.Pst itu membuka dugaan adanya jaringan peredaran sabu dan tembakau sintetis yang beroperasi di dalam Rumah Tahanan (Rutan). Jaksa menguraikan bahwa peredaran tersebut diduga dikendalikan secara terstruktur oleh para terdakwa dari balik sel.

 

Dalam dakwaan, Ammar Zoni disebut menjadi pihak yang menerima pasokan narkoba dari luar rutan melalui seorang penghubung bernama Andre, yang kini berstatus DPO. Barang tersebut kemudian diberikan kepada Asep sebelum akhirnya kembali ke tangan Ammar untuk disimpan dan dibagikan kepada narapidana lain.

 

“Ammar berperan sebagai tempat penampungan. Ia menyimpan dan mendistribusikan narkotika yang masuk ke dalam rutan,” ujar Jaksa dalam uraian sidang sebelumnya.

 

Penggeledahan yang dilakukan petugas di kamar para terdakwa menemukan sabu, ganja, tembakau sintetis, serta sejumlah alat yang diduga dipakai untuk mengemas dan memperdagangkan narkotika. Seluruh temuan ini memperkuat dugaan adanya aktivitas peredaran narkoba yang berjalan sistematis di lingkungan rutan.

 

Kasus ini kembali menyeret nama Ammar Zoni yang sebelumnya telah empat kali terjerat perkara narkotika, menjadikan proses hukum kali ini semakin memperburuk posisinya di mata hukum.

 

Sidang hari ini dipimpin Ketua Majelis Hakim Dwi Elyarahma Sulistyowati, S.H., dengan kehadiran JPU Yeni Rosalina, S.H., Welly Manuhutu, S.H., Andri Saputra, S.H., dan Ardhia Azim, S.H.. Para terdakwa juga didampingi penasihat hukum John Matthias, S.H. dan Desvita Damayana, S.H.

 

Dalam agendanya, JPU menyampaikan tanggapan atas eksepsi dari pihak pembela. Pendapat tersebut akan dipertimbangkan majelis hakim untuk menentukan apakah perkara akan dilanjutkan pada tahap pemeriksaan saksi dan pembuktian.

 

Dalam sidang terdahulu, Atas perbuatannya, para terdakwa didakwa melanggar Pasal 114 ayat (2) jo. Pasal 132 ayat (1) serta Pasal 112 ayat (2) jo. Pasal 132 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. (AR)
