“Ekskavator Ikut Diamankan, Perkara Sulit Ditertibkan Akhirnya Tuntas”
BANGKA TENGAH, PERKARANEWS.COM – Drama penertiban tambang ilegal yang selama ini sulit disentuh di kawasan Lubuk Sarang Ikan, Kecamatan Lubuk Besar, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, akhirnya menemui babak baru. Aksi tegas ini ditandai dengan diterjunkannya satu unit Helikopter Super Puma milik TNI/Polri yang membawa Tim Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan dan Pertambangan (Satgas PKH) pada hari ini,Kamis,(6/11)
Informasi yang dihimpun PerkaraNews dari lokasi kejadian menyebutkan, helikopter berjenis Super Puma berwarna hijau loreng yang identik digunakan untuk operasi militer/penegakan hukum, mendarat langsung di area tambang ilegal yang didominasi hamparan pasir putih.
Kehadiran unit udara ini diperkirakan menjadi bagian dari strategi mendadak untuk memastikan penertiban berjalan lancar dan mengantisipasi perlawanan.
Tak hanya mengandalkan mobilitas udara, Satgas PKH juga berhasil mengamankan sejumlah alat berat. Beberapa unit Ekskavator (PC) terlihat dikumpulkan di lokasi penambangan sebagai barang bukti.
Alat-alat berat ini diduga kuat digunakan untuk mengeruk material tambang secara ilegal di kawasan tersebut.
Penertiban ini menjadi sorotan tajam karena kawasan Lubuk Sarang Ikan dikenal sebagai titik panas (hotspot) aktivitas tambang ilegal yang berulang kali susah untuk diberantas tuntas oleh aparat penegak hukum sebelumnya.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada keterangan resmi dari pihak Satgas PKH, baik dari unsur Kejaksaan, TNI, maupun Polri, terkait rincian jumlah barang bukti yang diamankan, identitas para terduga pelaku yang ditangkap, maupun dasar hukum penertiban ini.
Namun, operasi besar-besaran yang melibatkan helikopter Super Puma ini mengirimkan sinyal kuat bahwa Pemerintah, melalui Satgas PKH, serius dan berkomitmen penuh untuk menertibkan seluruh aktivitas penambangan tanpa Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) yang merusak lingkungan di Bangka Belitung.
