PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), Hidayat Arsani, menghadiri Rapat Paripurna dengan agenda Penyampaian Pengantar Nota Keuangan dan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) tentang Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun Anggaran 2026 yang berlangsung
di Gedung Mahligai Rumah Dinas Gubernur Babel, Rabu,(29/10/2025).
Dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua I DPRD Babel, Eddy Iskandar, dan turut dihadiri oleh Ketua DPRD Didit Srigusjaya, unsur Forkopimda, anggota DPRD, serta Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Babel.
Dalam sambutannya, Gubernur Hidayat Arsani menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas kerja sama yang telah terjalin antara Pemerintah Provinsi dan DPRD Babel dalam proses penyusunan anggaran tahun 2026. Ia menekankan pentingnya pengawalan terhadap program-program prioritas yang menyentuh langsung kepentingan masyarakat, seperti kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi.
“Saya ucapkan terima kasih karena proses penganggaran sampai hari ini berjalan baik. Saya serahkan kepada dewan untuk membahas lebih lanjut. Saya tidak akan banyak protes, selama anggaran itu benar-benar untuk kepentingan rakyat. Kita semua harus taat aturan, dan memastikan setiap rupiah bermanfaat bagi masyarakat,” ungkapnya.
Gubernur Hidayat juga berharap sinergi antara eksekutif dan legislatif dapat terus terjaga demi pembangunan Babel yang berkelanjutan. Menurutnya, kerja sama yang solid dalam lima tahun ke depan akan menjadi manfaat bagi masyarakat sekaligus pondasi yang kuat bagi kemajuan daerah.
“Selama kita bekerja sama dengan baik, insyaallah akan tercipta hasil yang memberi kenangan indah bagi masyarakat dan kita semua,” tambahnya.
Sebelumnya, DPRD dan Pemerintah Provinsi Babel telah menandatangani nota kesepakatan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran serta Prioritas dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) sebagai dasar penyusunan RAPBD Tahun Anggaran 2026 dan kali ini menjadi lanjutan dari proses tersebut, sekaligus bentuk komitmen pemerintah daerah untuk menjamin transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keterpaduan kebijakan anggaran sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Gubernur Hidayat secara resmi menyerahkan dokumen Ranperda APBD 2026 kepada Ketua DPRD Didit Srigusjaya untuk dibahas bersama sebelum ditetapkan menjadi Peraturan Daerah.
Rapat paripurna ini menjadi bagian penting dari tahapan penyusunan APBD yang menegaskan komitmen Pemerintah Provinsi Babel untuk terus mengawal anggaran berpihak kepada rakyat, serta memastikan arah pembangunan daerah berjalan sejalan dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi masyarakat. (Yuko)
