Eks Jaksa Azam Akhmad Akhsya dan Dua Pengacara Korban Fahrenheit Dituntut 4 Tahun Penjara! Tilep Dana Korban Rp 23,9 Miliar

JAKARTA – PERKARANEWS – Kasus penilapan dana barang bukti perkara investasi bodong robot trading Fahrenheit kembali mencuat di meja hijau. Azam Akhmad Akhsya, mantan jaksa pada Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Barat, bersama dua pengacara yang seharusnya membela hak-hak korban, yakni Bonifasius Gunung dan Oktavianus Setiawan, kini menghadapi tuntutan berat dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU).

Ketiganya didakwa secara bersama-sama menilap dana barang bukti senilai Rp 23,9 miliar dari perkara investasi bodong robot trading Fahrenheit tahun 2023. Dana fantastis ini seharusnya dikembalikan kepada 1.449 korban yang telah terjerat penipuan tersebut.

Dalam sidang pembacaan tuntutan di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (17/6/2025), JPU membacakan tuntutan untuk Azam Akhmad Akhsya. Mantan jaksa itu dituntut pidana 4 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 250 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan. Azam dinilai terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana menerima pemberian atau janji.

“Kami Jaksa Penuntut Umum menuntut, supaya majelis hakim memutuskan menyatakan Azam Akhmad Akhsya telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana menerima pemberian atau janji, dengan 4 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 250 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan,” tegas JPU dalam tuntutannya.

Azam dinyatakan terbukti melanggar Pasal 5 ayat 2 Undang-Undang tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. JPU menyatakan bahwa hal yang memberatkan dalam tuntutan ini adalah perbuatan Azam yang sama sekali tidak membantu pemerintah dalam memberantas tindak pidana korupsi pada pegawai negeri atau penyelenggara negara.

“Sementara alasan yang meringankan terdakwa belum pernah dihukum,” tukas JPU.

Tak hanya Azam, nasib serupa juga menimpa dua terdakwa lainnya, Bonifasius Gunung dan Oktavianus Setiawan. Kedua pengacara korban investasi bodong robot trading Fahrenheit ini juga dituntut hukuman yang serupa dengan Terdakwa Azam.

Kasus ini menjadi sorotan tajam, menunjukkan bagaimana oknum-oknum yang seharusnya menegakkan hukum dan melindungi korban justru terlibat dalam penyelewengan dana yang merugikan ribuan orang.
