Dakwaan JPU Dinilai Tidak Terbukti di Persidangan, Lisa Rachmat Memohon Bebaskan Dirinya

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS – Lisa Rachmat, pengacara terpidana Gregorius Ronald Tannur, membacakan nota pembelaan (pledoi) yang emosional di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat pada Selasa (10/6/2025). Dalam pembelaannya, Lisa Rachmat memohon kepada majelis hakim untuk membebaskan dirinya dari seluruh tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) yang menuntutnya dengan pidana 14 tahun penjara.

 

Andi Syarief, selaku Penasihat Hukum (PH) Lisa Rachmat, menegaskan kepada awak media usai persidangan bahwa selama persidangan tidak satu pun alat bukti yang bisa menjelaskan hasil tindak kejahatan yang dituduhkan kepada kliennya. Menurut Andi, Lisa tidak terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak kejahatan.

“Tidak ada saksi fakta yang menjelaskan, Lisa memberikan atau menyerahkan uang kepada Damanik (Hakim PN Surabaya yang mengaku diberi uang oleh Lisa),” kata Andi, dengan nada tegas.

 

Andi Syarief secara lugas menyatakan bahwa dakwaan JPU tidak terbukti di persidangan. Oleh karena itu, ia meminta Majelis Hakim untuk membebaskan Lisa Rachmat dari segala dakwaan dan tuntutan.

 

Selain itu, Andi juga menyoroti mengenai barang bukti. Ia mengatakan bahwa selama persidangan ada barang bukti yang disebut-sebut, namun tidak pernah ditemukan dalam persidangan. Hal ini, menurut Andi, berarti barang bukti tersebut dianggap tidak pernah ada.

 

“Yang terpenting lagi, di dalam perkara ini, sama sekali kami tidak menemukan satu pun alat bukti yang menjelaskan perbuatan Lisa Rachmat selama persidangan ini,” pungkas Andi, mengakhiri pernyataannya.

 

Sebelumnya, Lisa Rachmat dituntut 14 tahun penjara dan denda Rp750 juta subsider 6 bulan kurungan. Tuntutan ini berkaitan dengan kasus dugaan pemufakatan jahat pemberian suap untuk pengondisian kasus Ronald Tannur di Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya dan Mahkamah Agung.

 

Atas perbuatannya, Lisa Rachmat terancam pidana pada Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a atau Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a dan Pasal 15 juncto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. (Yuko)
