Lisa Rachmat Bongkar Kasus Suap Hakim Zarof Ricat

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS – Lisa Rachmat pengacara Gregorius Ronald Tannur yang juga terdakwa dalam kasus suap gratifikasi Hakim PN Suarabaya, mengungkap awal mula komunikasi dengan terdakwa Zarof Ricar hingga Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Suarabaya. Hal ini diungkapkan Lisa saat menjadi saksi mahkota untuk terdakwa Meyrizka Widjaja dan Zarof Ricar, di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (14/5/2025).

 

Lisa Rachmat dipersidangan mengungkap bahwa dirinya mendapatkan kontak Zarof Ricar dari kenalannya di Mahkamah Agung (MA). Lisa menganggap Zarof Ricar dinilai banyak mengenal hakim, karena Zarof pernah menjabat sebagai Kepala Badan Litbang MA dan dapat membantu perkara Ronald Tannur di tingkat Kasasi. Lisa baru mengetahui bahwa Zarof sudah pensiun dari staff di MA.

 

”Saya mendengar beliau sudah pensiun. Terus saya coba telepon beliau, Pak berkenankah saya ke tempat kediaman bapak?’ itu aja,” kata Lisa.

 

“Beliau ibaratnya setelah dari purna Litbang kalau tidak salah ya, itu kan berarti dengan jajaran anggota hakim hakim banyak tahu,” lanjut Lisa.

 

Selanjut Lisa mengatakan bahwa dirinya tidak pernah berhubungan dengan Zarof Ricar terkait dengan perkara lain, selain kasus Ronald Tannur. Lisa telah menyiapkan Rp6 miliar untuk Zarof apabila bisa menguatkan vonis bebas dari putusan PN Surabaya sebelumnya.

 

Sementara Lisa Rachmat juga mengakui pernah bertemu dengan eks Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya Rudi Suparmono. Lisa mengatakan pertemuan tersebut dijembatani oleh terdakwa Zarof Ricar. Pertemuan Lisa dan Rudi terjadi pada 29 Januari 2024 di kantor PN Surabaya. Lisa mengatakan majelis hakim Ronald Tannur belum ditunjuk saat ia bertemu dengan Rudi. Lisa menyebut hanya  bertanya ke Rudi mengenai apakah penunjukan hakim perkara viral bukan majelis tetap.

 

“Setelah adanya pertemuan dengan Ketua PN saat itu saksi ada komunikasi terkait apa?” tanya jaksa.

 

“Saya cuma mempertegas dengan Pak Ketua Rudi Suparmono, apakah benar kalau perkara viral, hakimnya bukan majelis tetap tapi  hakim lain-lain,” jawab Lisa.

 

“Apakah sudah ditentukan saat itu siapa-siapa saja?” tanya jaksa.

 

“Belum,” jawab Lisa kembali.

 

“Ada tidak dipertemuan itu Ketua PN sudah menunjuk nama-nama Hakim?” tanya jaksa.

 

“Belum, Pak,” jawab Lisa.

 

JPU juga mendalami Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) yang menerangkan isi pembicaraan antara Rudi dan Lisa, terkait penunjukkan Majelis Hakim untuk perkara Ronal Tannur.

 

“Selanjutnya Pak Rudi, apa yang saya bisa bantu? Lalu saya bertanya, apa benar timnya bernama Pak Mangapul, Pak Damanik, dan Pak Heru? Kok bukan tim?. Lalu dijawab oleh Pak Rudi, kalau sudah viral dari awal biasanya pengadilan tidak menunjuk tim, secara acak. Supaya netral. Selanjutnya, Pak Rudi bertanya, ada yang kenal tidak dari salah satu majelis tersebut? Saksi menjawab. Ada. Mangapul dan Heru’. Ini BAP saksi,” beber jaksa.

 

Dugaan suap tersebut lalu diserahkan kepada tiga hakim majelis kasus Ronald Tannur di PN Surabaya, mulai Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul, hingga Heru Hanindyo. Tiga hakim tersebut juga sudah divonis bersalah dalam sidang di Pengadilan Tipikor.

 

Ketua Majelis Rosihan Juhriah Rangkuti ,SH, MH diakhir persidangan memberi kesempatan kepada para terdakwa untuk menanggapi keterangan dari Lisa Rachmat. Meyrizka Widjaja mengatakan bahwa dirinya mengaku hanya mengetahui uang sebesar Rp1,5 miliar sebagai fee jasa kepada Lisa Rachmat sebagai pengacara atas perkara Gregorius Ronald Tannur. (Yuko)
