Warga Rawa Bangun Geram KTP Dicatut Paslon Independen!, Jika Terbukti Bisa Dipenjara 5 Tahun

PANGKALPINANG – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Pangkalpinang mulai melakukan verifikasi faktual terhadap berkas dukungan bakal pasangan calon perseorangan dalam Pilkada Ulang 2025, Eka Mulya Putra – Radmida Dawam, Minggu (27/04/2025).

Namun, tahapan verifikasi faktual yang berlangsung selama 14 hari, hingga 5 Mei mendatang, justru memicu polemik panas dan kemarahan warga, khususnya di Kelurahan Rawa Bangun.

Warga Rawa Bangun mengaku terkejut dan geram mendapati nama mereka tercantum sebagai pendukung pasangan calon (paslon) Eka-Radmida, padahal mereka tidak pernah memberikan dukungan.

“Kami tidak pernah memberikan dukungan kepada paslon tersebut. Bagaimana mungkin nama kami bisa muncul?” ujar salah satu warga dengan nada geram

Ketua RW 02 Kelurahan Rawa Bangun, yang akrab disapa Bang Ato, turut angkat bicara. Ia mengungkapkan keheranannya saat tim survei KPU dan Panwaslu menemuinya untuk verifikasi.

“Saya tidak pernah mendukung paslon Eka-Radmida serta saya juga tidak pernah memberi KTP kepada siapa pun, apalagi digunakan untuk mendukung paslon tersebut. Bagaimana bisa ada KTP saya sebagai pendukung paslon Eka-Radmida?” ungkap Bang Ato dengan nada kesal.

Lebih lanjut, Bang Ato juga mempertanyakan bagaimana data pribadi anaknya, Erzaldi, yang telah pindah domisili ke Bogor, bisa tercantum sebagai pendukung paslon Eka-Radmida.

“Saya juga heran Erzaldi sudah lama pindah jiwa ke Bogor, dikarenakan Erzaldi sebagai ASN di Bogor, lalu dari mana dasar mereka (Eka-Radmida) bisa mendapatkan data identitas diri anak saya?” jelas Bang Ato dengan nada heran.

Perihal identitas pribadi yang digunakan tanpa izin ini, disampaikan kepada awak media kami melalui pesan WhatsApp oleh PKD Kelurahan Rawa Bangun, Ibu Miranty.

“Terkait kondisi di lapangan memang banyak situasi yang terjadi. Disaat verifikasi memang betul ada beberapa warga yang merasa keberatan karena KTP-nya digunakan tanpa izin…” kata Miranty.
“Namun terkait perihal ini, kami baik dari pihak PKD maupun PPS hanya melaksanakan tugas verifikasi faktual, menemui masyarakat untuk memverifikasi apakah benar yang bersangkutan mendukung atau tidak,” tutup Miranty.

Dugaan manipulasi dukungan ini berpotensi melanggar Undang-Undang (UU) Pilkada dan UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP). Pasal 185 UU Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 mengatur sanksi pidana bagi yang sengaja memberikan keterangan tidak benar atau menggunakan identitas palsu untuk mendukung paslon perseorangan, dengan ancaman penjara 36-72 bulan dan denda Rp 36-72 juta.

Sementara itu, UU PDP mengatur larangan penggunaan data pribadi tanpa izin, dengan ancaman pidana penjara maksimal 5 tahun dan/atau denda maksimal Rp 5 miliar.

Masyarakat yang merasa data pribadinya dicatut tanpa izin diimbau untuk melaporkan hal tersebut ke Bawaslu daerah terdekat. Namun, sangat disesalkan, hingga berita ini terbit, Koordinator Divisi (Kordiv) Sengketa Bawaslu, Dian, tidak menjawab konfirmasi yang disampaikan awak media melalui pesan WhatsApp, padahal pesan tersebut telah dibaca.

Perkaranews berharap Bawaslu proaktif dalam mengusut tuntas dugaan pencatutan data pribadi ini, tanpa perlu menunggu laporan resmi. Semua pihak harus menghormati hak-hak pemilik data pribadi, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan
