Korupsi 300 T. Ada 4 Perusahaan Titipan Tiga Melati dan Diduga Satu Perusahaannya Menyelundupkan Logam Timah

 

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS –PT Menara Cipta Mulia milik Aon alias Tamron patut diduga menyelundupkan hasil produksi logam  timah, hal tersebut dikarenakan perusahaan tersebut  tidak pernah melaporkan realisasi penjualan logam timah dan juga mengelapkan royalti 3 persen. Ada 4 perusahaan smelter ternyata titipan oknum aparat hukum yang dulu bertugas di Babel berinisial I berpangkat tiga melati

4 perusahaan tersebut adalah PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT), PT Arta Cipta Langgeng, PT Mitra Stania Prima dan PT Menara Cipta Mulia ternyata tidak memenuhi syarat dalam mendapatkan rencana kerja anggaran biaya (RKAB) tap

Berdasarkan data valid yang ada di redaksi dan nara sumber terpercaya,  mantan kepala dinas ESDM Amir Syahbana. Dengan tegas dan jelas mengungkapkan bahwa dari 4 perusahan tersebut ternyata PT Menara Cipta Mulia tidak pernah melaporkan realisasi penjualan logam timah kepada Esdm.

“PT Arta Cipta Langgeng sebanyak 502.66 MTon, dengan royalty sebesar 252.411.80 USD, sedangkan PT Mitra Stania Prima dengan 125.50 MTon dengan royalti 63.916.58 USD, untuk PT. RBT terbanyak mencapai angka 885.54 MTon dengan royalti tembus nilai 439.813.56 USD. Sedangkan untuk PT Menara Cipta Mulia tidak melaporkan realisasi penjualan,” jelas sumber.

Sumber juga mengatakan , Amir Syahban juga menegaskan dan menyebutkan bahwa ada 6 perusahan yang mendapatkan persetujuan RKAB tapi mereka tidak memiliki smelter ,cadangan mineralnya harus diverifikasi oleh CPI

“Enam perusahaan yang disetujui yaitu, PT. Prima Multi Karya, PT Arta Prima Nusa Jaya, PT Bumi Hero Perkasa, PT Fortuna Tunas Mulia dan PT Sinar Mutiara Sejahtera, Kelima perusahaan menjual produksi penambangan kepada RBT. Sedangkan PT Semesta Surya Persada menjual produksi pertambangan kepada PT Arta Cipta Langgeng. 6 perusahaan tersebut tidak memiliki smelter, mendapatkan RKAB,” tegasnya.(Yuko)
