Ada kesan paripurna ini asal jadi dan memenuhi korum ini terkesan dipaksakan dan anggota DPRD Pasus 4,5,6,12, 14 dan 16 hingga terungkap ada 3 rancangan peratuaran daerah yang disahkan dan 3 raperda dikembalikan
Dalam kesempatan ini 3 Raperda yang hanya disetujui oleh 7 anggota DPRD kota Pangkalpinang dikarena yang lainnya sudah meninggalkan kursi ruangan persidangan.
