Gelar Upacara HUT RI Ke 79, Ini Pesan Direktur Polman Babel

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yang ke-79, Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) mengadakan upacara bendera yang berlangsung dengan penuh khidmat pada Sabtu, (17/08/2024) di Gedung Aula Kampus.

Seluruh sivitas akademika Polman Babel, termasuk para dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, hadir dalam upacara ini dengan semangat yang tinggi. Antusiasme mereka terlihat dari jumlah kehadiran yang melampaui 100% dari total civitas akademika, mencerminkan semangat nasionalisme yang masih kuat di lingkungan kampus.

Dalam pidatonya, Direktur Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., menekankan pentingnya mengenang jasa para pahlawan yang telah memperjuangkan kemerdekaan. “Kemerdekaan ini bukan sekadar untuk dirayakan, tetapi harus diwujudkan dalam bentuk prestasi dan kontribusi nyata bagi bangsa,” ungkap I Made Andik.

Ia juga mengajak seluruh pegawai Polman Babel untuk terus berupaya memberikan yang terbaik demi menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti Badan Layanan Umum, Akreditasi Unggulan Internasional, Kampus Baru, Guru Besar, dan WTP.

Lebih lanjut, I Made Andik berharap bahwa semangat kemerdekaan ini dapat menjadi pijakan bagi seluruh civitas akademika untuk terus berkarya, berinovasi, dan memberikan kontribusi dalam pembangunan bangsa. “Saya berharap, semangat kemerdekaan ini menjadi motivasi bagi kita semua untuk terus bekerja keras dan menciptakan inovasi baru,” tambahnya.

Upacara ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkuat rasa nasionalisme dan cinta tanah air di kalangan mahasiswa serta seluruh civitas akademika karena acara ini dirancang untuk membangkitkan semangat kebangsaan, khususnya di kalangan seluruh pegawai Polman Babel harus tetap semanagat.

“Semoga upacara ini menjadi pengingat bagi kita semua bahwa perjuangan belum berakhir, dan kita memiliki tanggung jawab untuk terus menjaga serta memperkokoh kemerdekaan ini,” ujar I Made Andik dalam wawancaranya setelah upacara selesai.
