M., dan Kasi Bimas Islam Tri Edy Kusumo Raharjo, M. Pd., menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pangkalpinang, di ruang Kasubbag Tata Usaha, Selasa (13/2/2024).
Perjanjian Kerjasama ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang terhadap Kesehatan Reproduksi Terpadu bagi calon pengantin dan penyelenggaraan kursus pra nikah. Hal ini sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 758 Tahun 2021 tentang Revitalisasi Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan dan Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 16 Tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Jabatan Fungsional Penghulu.
Menurut Firmantasi perjanjian kerjasama ini adalah tindakan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada calon pengantin tentang bimbingan keagamaan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala KUA, penyuluh agama, dan aliran kepercayaan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan penyuluhan kesehatan di puskesmas di wilayah tempat tinggal.
“Kami mendukung penuh kerjasama ini. Ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian kita terhadap masyarakat sehingga dapat menciptakan keluarga yang sakinah, mawadah wa rahmah. Anak terlahir sehat sehingga menjadi generasi emas bagi kemajuan Indonesia,” ucapnya.
Hal senada juga diungkapkan oleh Abdus Sihabudin, S. E., selaku Kepala Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat yang mewakili Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pangkalpinang yang didampingi oleh Rida Rosalina, AM. Keb selaku Sub Koordinator Kesehatan Keluarga dan Gizi dan Pengelola Program Kesehatan Keluarga, mengungkapkan bahwa perjanjian kerjasama ini adalah kepedulian terhadap masyarakat terutama bagi calon pengantin. Hal ini dilakukan dengan pembinaan, promosi kesehatan, konseling, dan kursus pra nikah.
“Untuk calon pengantin biasanya akan dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi, dan skrining status TT. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mencegah penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak, perbaikan gizi, dan terutama mencegah stunting bagi anak. Karena kami juga memiliki program percepatan penurunan stunting di Kota Pangkalpinang,” ucapnya.
Dari perjanjian kerjasama ini kedua belah pihak berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik untuk masyarakat. Sehingga menciptakan masyarakat menuju Indonesia emas di tahun 2045. (Yuko)

In the wake of her grief, booking the trip on The Canadian seemed, to Giselle, “like a good way to connect with myself and see my country, refresh my spirit, a little bit.”
Like Savery, Giselle had always dreamed of taking the VIA Rail Canadian with her late spouse. And like Savery, she’d decided traveling solo was a way of honoring her partner.
“That trip is something that I would have really liked to have done with my husband, Dave. So that was why I was taking the train,” Giselle says today.
But unlike Savery, Giselle hadn’t booked prestige class. She admits she was “sticking it to the man” in her own small way by sitting in the reserved seats that first day.
She’d only moved when Savery arrived. She tells CNN Travel, laughing, that she’d thought to herself: “I better get out of the seat, in case someone prestige wants to sit in that spot.”
Giselle didn’t tell Savery any of this in their first conversation. In fact, she didn’t share much about her life at all in that first encounter.
But Giselle liked his company right away. He was friendly, enthusiastic and respectful — sharing that he was a widower and indicating he knew about Giselle’s loss without prying about the circumstances.
As for Savery, he says, it was “the common bond, the losses of our respective loved ones” that first made him feel a connection to Giselle. But it was also obvious that for Giselle, the loss was much fresher. She clearly didn’t want to talk about Dave that day.

Your coffee habit could be linked to healthier aging, study finds

“Women who drank one to three cups of caffeinated coffee per day in their 50s were more likely to reach older age free from major chronic diseases and with good cognitive, physical, and mental health,” said lead study author Dr. Sarah Mahdavi, adjunct professor in the faculty of medicine and department of nutritional sciences at the University of Toronto.
Researchers analyzed dietary data from more than 47,000 women who were part of the Nurses’ Health Study, according to the research released Monday at the annual meeting of the American Society for Nutrition in Orlando. The study was presented as an abstract, but a more in-depth manuscript of the investigation will be submitted for peer review in the coming months, Mahdavi said.
“In this study, we found that moderate caffeinated coffee consumption during midlife was associated with a higher likelihood of healthy aging 30 years later,” Mahdavi said.
It’s not just any caffeinated drink
The effects were found in caffeinated coffee in particular, according to the research. The same link was not found for tea or decaffeinated coffee — and drinking more cola or other caffeinated sodas was tied to a lower chance of healthy aging.
“This would imply that coffee in particular has health preserving or promoting effects,” said Dr. David Kao, Jacqueline Marie Schauble Leaffer Endowed Chair in Women’s Heart Disease and associate professor of medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical School in an email. “As with other studies, they also appear to have found that coffee has a particular benefit over other caffeinated drinks.”
That said, the research is high quality, added Kao, who was not involved in the research.
The study is also observational, meaning it is limited in its ability to examine direct cause and effect. The new research can only show that a behavior and an outcome are more likely to occur together.
