BANGKA TENGAH,PERKARANEWS – Lagi-lagi Rumah Sakit tolak pasien yang mengunakan BPJS dengan alasan tidak melayani operasi tersebut tapi jika secara mandiri atau dibayar pribadi bisa melayani.
Hal ini dialami Pasien JA ditolak BPJSnya di Rumah Sakit Siloam. Menurut orang tua pasien JA , pada 16 Januari 2024. Pasien datang ke RS. Siloam ditanggal 15 Januari 2024 untuk mendaftarkan dijalur BPJS ternyata oleh satpam diarahkan untuk mendaftarkannya besok dihari selasa karena dokternya praktek hari selasa.
“Kami sebagai orang tua pasien bermaksud untuk booking antrian tetap kata satpamnya besok saja antri sekalian dan akan didaftarkan secara manual,” ungkap ZA Orang tua pasien yang juga berkerja sebagai PNS.
Selanjunya keesokan harinya pasien datang lagi, dan shock ternyata pasien tidak diterima daftar karena katanya harus daftar melalui aplikasi dan saat itu sudah penuh, karena dokter cuma menerima 24 pasien untuk pasien BPJS.
“Kami merasa dipermainkan apa karena kami pakai BPJS jadi ngak bisa dapat pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal, beda dengan yang mandiri kapan pun bisa,” cetusnya.
Kemudian beralihlah pasien dapat lewat jalur umum dan ternyata bisa di layani. Setelah konsultasi dan tahap ronsen, ternyata pasien harus di lakukan tindakan operasi, dan ditentukan tanggal kesiapan dokter dan rumah sakit, mereka menyanggupi tanggal 26 Januari 2024 untuk di lakukan tindakan operasi.
“Setelah disudah ditetapkan jadwal, pasien bertanya bisa tidak kalau biayanya dialihkan ke BPJS, tiba-tiba semua arahan dokter menjadi berubah. Anak kami diarahkan harus dari nol pendaftaran,” jelasnya.
Orang tua pasien pun tidak mempermaslahkan karena kelengkapan surat udah disiapkan oleh pasien, faskes dari Puskemas dan lain-lainnya, kemudian harus ronsen tambahan torak sudah lengkap.
“Saya paling shock tiba-tiba dokter mengatakan mereka tidak bisa menangani anak kami tidak mau menerima dan harus ke Jakarta jika mengunakan BPJS beda dengan jalur mandiri dibisa dilakukan operasi di RS. Siloam.
Orang tua pasien JA, berasumsi ada permainan apa ini, apakah doker urologi an. dr. Jefri tidak mau menangani pasien operasi BPJS atau seperti apa, padahal BPJS dan RS. Siloam ada kerjasamanya.
“Dok anak kami ini pasien anda, tapi kenapa ketika pakai BPJS tidak dilayani dimana hati nurani anda sebagai seorang dokter,” tanyanya.
Ketika dikonfirmasi ke bagian BPJS yang ada di RS. Siloam mereka tidak bisa memberikan jawaban atas permasalahan ini. Apakah sejahat inikah dunia kesehatan di Babel ini.
“Ada apa ini !. Apakah dokter Jefri ini TIDAK MAU MENANGANI PASIEN BPJS atau rumah sakit ada permainam apa?,” pungkasnya.
Awak media juga masih berusaha menghubungi pihak manajemen RS. Siloam Bangka dan dr. Jefri yang juga bertugas di RS. Provinsi. Hingga berita ini diturunkan belum ada klarifikasi dari mereka. (Yuko)
