SUNGAILIAT,PERKARANEWS – Satuan Reskrim Polres Bangka Ungkap Kasus Pencurian kapal speed boat dengan mesin 40 Pk di Sungai Perimping, Kecamatan Riau Silip, Kabupaten Bangka, dengan menangkap pelaku Purwanto (25) san Heri (37) dibekuk gabungan Tim Kelambit Buser Polres Bangka dan Tim Cobra Polres Bangka Tengah.
Salah satu pelaku merupakan residivis dan mereka dibekuk saat akan menjual kapal dan mesin hasil curian ke pembeli di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Senin (27/11/2023).
“Kedua pelaku pencurian yang diamankan adalah warga Kecamatan Koba, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah yang melakuan pencurian speed boat bermesin 40 Pk di Sungai Perimping Kecamatan Riau Silip,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Bangka AKP Ogan Teguh Imani seizin Kapolres Bangka AKBP Taufik Noor Isya, Rabu (29/11/2023).
Dari keterangan pelaku Purwanto alias Pur yang merupakan sebagai otak aksi pencurian mengaku nekad mencuri perahu milik mantan bosnya usai dipecat dari pekerjaannya sebagai buruh tambang. Ia dipecat karena dituding tidak akur antar sesama pekerja. Pur kemudian mengajak Heri alias Temon seorang residivis melakukan aksinya pencurian kapal speed boat di Sungai Perimping. Keduanya menawarkan mesin speedboat dengan harga Rp12,5 juta kepada para calon pembeli.
Namun saat akan melakukan transaksi menjual hasil curian keduanya dibekuk Tim Kelambit Buser Polres Bangka dan Tim Cobra Polres Bangka Tengah.
“Atas kejadian tersebut Korban mengalami kerugian materil sebesar Rp. 38.700.000 atas hilangnya speedboat lidah berikut mesin tempel 40 PK dan peralatan di perahu,” ujar AKP Ogan Teguh Imani.
AKP Ogan Teguh Imani mengatakan pengungkapan aksi pencurian keduanya berbekal dari informasi saksi dan sejumlah barang bukti yang mengarah ke dua orang laki laki ini.
Dipimpin Kanit Buser Kelambit Satreskrim Polres Bangka, Ipda. Mario Michael Tambunan yang berkoodinasi dengan Tim Buser Cobra satreskrim Polres Bangka Tengah, keduanya berhasil ditangkap tanpa melakukan perlawanan saat hendak menjual barang bukti. Bersama keduanya, polisi ikut mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 unit speedboat lidah warna hijau, dan 1 unit mesin tempel merk Enduro kapasitas 40 PK warna abu abu.
“Pelaku dan barang bukti dibawa ke Polres Bangka untuk penyidikan lebih lanjut. Keduanya diduga melakukan pencurian dengan pemberatan dan terancam dijerat pasal 363 KUHPidana,” kata AKP Ogan Teguh Imani. (Rony Christ/Yuko)
