PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Pimpinan Wilayah Pemuda Muhammadiyah (PWPM) Bangka Belitung akan menggelar musyawarah wilayah (Musywil) Ke-4 di Kota Pangkalpinang, Jumat-Minggu (24 – 26/11/2023).
Musywil untuk memilih unsur pimpinan PWPM Periode 2023-2027 itu akan dihelat di Hotel Grand Safran.
Musywil kali ini mengangkat tema Pemuda Negarawan untuk Bangka Belitung Berkemajuan. Penyelenggaraannya akan dipimpin oleh Muhammad Tahir, S.Sos sebagai Ketua Pelaksana dan Didi Firmansyah, S.H. selaku Ketua Pemilihan.
Musywil PWPM dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mencari kepengurusan baru yang akan terus mengibarkan kesuksesan Muhammadiyah pada segmentasi kepemudaan. Tahir menjelaskan Musywil ke 4 Pemuda Muhammadiyah tingkat Provinsi Bangka Belitung di Kota Pangkalpinang kali ini diawali dengan agenda Rapat Pimpinan Wilayah (RAPIMWIL) hingga kegiatan hiburan yaitu Pameran Bazar di Destar Point serta juga mendengarkan pertanggungjawaban Pimpinan Wilayah Pemuda Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung periode 2018-2022.
“Agenda Muswil diawali dengan RAPIMWIL dan ada juga pameran Bazar di Destar Point dan Setelah itu dilanjutkan memilih format kepemimpinan Pemuda Muhammadiyah periode 2023-2027,” ujar Tahir.
Tahir mengatakan Muswil ke 4 Pemuda Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung akan dihadiri setidaknya 100 orang. Terdiri dari PWPM Babel, 7 Pimpinan Daerah Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kabupaten/Kota se Bangka Belitung dan Pimpinan Cabang (Tingkat Kecamatan) yang jelas dan sah kepengurusannya.
Tahir menjelaskan rencananya Muswil Pemuda Muhammadiyah ke 4 akan dibuka Ketua Umum PP Pemuda Muhammadiyah (Dzulfikar A Tawalla). Sedangkan terkait persiapan pelaksanaan sampai saat ini panitia terus berbenah.
Dikemukakannya hingga saat ini persiapan sudah mencapai 70 persen. Jadi dengan waktu yang tersisa, maka panitia akan menjalankan amanah sebaik mungkin dengan dukungan semua pihak.
Ditempat terpisah, Ketua Panlih menyampaikan “Pembukaan Pendaftaran Bakal Calon Formatur dari tanggal 15 Oktober – 14 November 2023 dan berkenaan dengan syarat pendaftaran akan disampaikan langsung oleh Panitia Pemilih Musywil PWPM Babel kepada setiap daerah sesuai waktu yang telah kami sepakati, dalam formasi panlih juga nantinya saya akan dibantu oleh Satria Nanda selaku Sekretaris serta Heryadi, Rizwan Kurniadi dan Arman selaku Anggota,” ujar Didi.
Menurut Didi, panitia pemilihan utamanya bertugas menetapkan yang memenuhi persyaratan.
“Adapun mekanisme pemilihan setiap peserta Musywil memilih 11 calon formatur di bilik suara yang telah disiapkan nanti, dari 11 yang terpilih nantinya yang akan membahas dan menetapkan lebih jauh perihal unsur pimpinan yang dibutuhkan dalam rapat musyawarah formatur,” sambung Didi.
“Pelaksanaan Musywil kali ini akan membuka secara luas kepada siapa saja kader Pemuda Muhammadiyah yang sesuai dengan kriteria untuk menjadi Pimpinan wilayah,” ujar Didi.
Andika Saputra, S.H., M.H atau Andika sapaan akrabnya yang juga merupakan Kepala Dinas Koperasi, Perdagangan dan UMKM Kota Pangkalpinang ini turut mengapresiasi regenerasi kader yang terus berjalan konsisten, baik di PWPM maupun PDPM di Bangka Belitung. Artinya, pimpinan memberikan kesempatan pemuda untuk maju, sebab tidak semua pimpinan memberikan peluang untuk itu, bahkan menjadi pimpinan di cabang daerah. Ini tentunya sangat luar biasa, sehingga rasa was–was akan ketiadaan kader sudah diantisipasi dengan menyiapkan kader muda.
“Selaku Ketua PWPM Bangka Belitung, saya ucapkan selamat berdinamika menuju Musywil ke-4 Pemuda Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. Semoga menghasilkan pimpinan baru yang akan membawa nilai-nilai khittah perjuangan Muhammadiyah dan harapan kami regenerasi kedepannya akan lebih baik tentunya,” pungkas Andika. (Yuko)
