Pekerjaan Talud Jalan Puding Besar-Saing-Kota Waringin Terkesan Asal-asalan, Warga Minta Tim PPS Kejati Babel Turun Kelapangan

BANGKA,Perkaranews.com-Perkerjaan proyek Pelebaran jalan Puding Besar-Saing- Kota Waringin sepanjang 1.1 kilometer dengan nilai kontrak Rp. 4.593.070.400,00 yang dikerjakan oleh Cv. Bumi Elang Perkasa. Mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat karena dinilai perkerjaan pemasangan talut jalan terkesan asal-asalan dan akal-akalan. Rabu,(21/9)

Proyek Dinas Pu dan Perkim Prov Kep Babel dengan nomor kontrak 620/114.1/KONT/PUPRPRKP-BM/VI/2022 yang dikerjakan sejak 20 Juni 2020 selama 180 hari tersebut bersumber dari APBD Provinsi Babel. Sudah dikerjakan hampir 60 hari kerja dan masih ada 120 hari atau tiga bulan lagi

Menurut Bujang warga Desa Tanah Bawah sejak awal dikerjakan banyak kerjaan dikerjakan dengan asal kerja dan ingin cepat selesai

“Seperti saat ini pemasangan talut jalan, kami melihat batu gunung disusun begitu saja ada yang dipasang nad semen ada yang tidak atau sekedar disusun saja. Selanjutnya di timbun dengan pasir dan puru,”ungkapnya

Ia juga menambahkan jika dilihat dari luar atau tampak luar perkerjaan talut itu sanggat rapi dan semua sambungan batu gunung ada nad semennya tapi bagian dalam jalan tidak seperti itu

“Kalau dilihat dari luar jalan semuanya rapi dan semuanya di nad pakai semen. Tidak hanya itu saja adukan semen dan pasir terkesan tidak rata atau tidak tercampur untuk dijadikan nad penyatu dari batu satu ke yang lainnya. Seperti adukannya mentah karena pasir masih terlihat tidak tercampur semen,”ujarnya

Bujang juga menyangkan proyek yang bernilai milyaran rupiah itu sangat disayangkan jika hanya bertahan tidak lama sudah rusak atau roboh

“Jalan kampung kami ini, sering dilalui mobil truk membawa hasil perkebunan sawit yang pasti muatannya berton-ton. Jika perkerjaan itu tidak bagus atau asal-asalan bisa cepat rusak dan roboh,”cetusnya

Selanjutnya Bujang menyayangkan proyek pembangunan strategis ini kurang diawasi oleh tim PPS seharusnya turun kelapangan melihat dan memantau seperti apa perkerjan tersebut bukan pas sudah selesai saja tapi saat-saat pembangunan awal sudah harus diawasi atau turun kelapangan

“Walaupun perkerjaan tersebut masih lama sekitar tiga bulan. Kami harap tim PPS Kejati Babel bisa meninjau dan melihat langsung perkerjan proyek tersebut sebagai fungsi pengawasan awal perkerjaan dan kami banyak temukan kejanggalan-kejanggalan perkerjaan talut jalan tersebut,”pintanya

Awak media sedang berusaha mendapatkan konfirmasi dari pihak Cv. Bumi Elang Perkasa untuk mengklarifikasi penyataan warga desa tanah bawah tersebut, hingga berita diturunkan malam ini belum berhasil dapatkan.(Yuko)
