PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Wakil Wali Kota Pangkalpinang Dessy Ayutrisna, menyerahkan bantuan 300 paket sembako kepada 300 warga terdampak bencana banjir Rob, di Kelurahan Opas Indah tepatnya di Gang Buntu, Selasa (9/12/2025).
Cece Dessy- sapaan akrabnya menyampaikan, bantuan tersebut berasal dari PT Timah, sekaligus bentuk sinergitas antara Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Pangkalpinang dan BUMN. Ia pun memberikan apresiasi atas respons cepat PT Timah dalam membantu masyarakat di lokasi terdampak.
“Kami sangat mengucapkan terima kasih kepada PT Timah yang sudah peduli kepada masyarakat. Tentunya warga sangat terbantu dengan kepedulian ini,” ujarnya saat meninjau langsung kawasan Opas Indah.
Bantuan yang diberikan berupa beras, mie instan, minyak goreng, dan gula, yang menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi warga yang rumahnya terendam hingga setinggi 50 cm.
Pemerintah kota sendiri tengah meningkatkan koordinasi lintas dinas untuk mencari solusi jangka panjang. Ia juga mengimbau warga untuk tetap mengutamakan keselamatan dan membatasi aktivitas di luar rumah.
“Untuk sekolah seperti SD 18 dan SD 4 yang berada dekat wilayah banjir, kami sudah koordinasi dengan Dinas Pendidikan. Jika diperlukan, sekolah bisa ditiadakan sementara melihat kondisi lapangan,” ujarnya.
Kepala Dinas Sosial Kota Pangkalpinang, Khotaman Barkah, menambahkan bahwa selain Opas Indah, banjir rob juga berdampak pada wilayah pesisir lain, seperti Rawa Bangun dan beberapa titik di Gedung Nasional.
Khotaman mengingatkan warga untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan selama periode pasang air laut yang biasanya terjadi pada Desember hingga Januari.
“Informasi jadwal kenaikan air dari BPBD akan diteruskan hingga ke RT agar masyarakat bisa melakukan antisipasi,” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
