PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menggelar kegiatan Revitalisasi Focal Point Pelayanan Publik menuju Pengelolaan Pengaduan yang Lebih Adaptif dan Responsif di Balai Betason Kantor Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Selasa (9/12/2025).
Kepala Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Bangka Belitung, Shulby Yozar Ariadhy, mengatakan forum ini telah rutin dilaksanakan sejak beberapa tahun terakhir sebagai bagian dari penguatan peran instansi dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Menurutnya, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyegarkan kembali komitmen yang telah dibangun sebelumnya, khususnya dalam penguatan tata kelola pengaduan masyarakat. Meski dalam praktiknya sudah berjalan dengan baik, ia menilai penguatan komitmen tetap perlu terus dilakukan.
Ia juga mendorong instansi pelayanan publik untuk aktif menjadi narahubung dalam memproses dan menindaklanjuti laporan masyarakat yang masuk ke Ombudsman. Selain itu, pendampingan kepada instansi dilakukan agar tata kelola pengaduan publik berjalan optimal secara administratif dan substantif.
Sementara itu, Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Setda Kota Pangkalpinang, Akhmad Subekti, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kolaborasi antar-instansi sehingga setiap pengaduan masyarakat bisa ditangani dengan cepat dan tepat.
Ia menambahkan, forum ini juga menjadi ruang diskusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan perangkat daerah dan permasalahan masyarakat, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan dugaan maladministrasi.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh Inspektorat kabupaten/kota dan provinsi, serta berbagai instansi vertikal yang berperan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. (Ira)
