PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Dugaan penggunaan identitas pribadi dan nomor telepon tanpa izin pemiliknya mencuat dalam tahapan verifikasi faktual dukungan bakal pasangan calon (bapaslon) walikota dan wakil walikota Pangkalpinang dari jalur independen.
Kasus ini terungkap setelah salah satu tim dari pasangan “MERDEKA” yang mengusung Eka Mulya Putra dan Radmida Dawam menghubungi seorang warga yang identitasnya terdaftar sebagai pendukung.
Mega, seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di salah satu lembaga vertikal di Bangka Belitung, mengaku terkejut dan kecewa saat mengetahui data pribadinya digunakan tanpa sepengetahuan dan persetujuannya. Ia merasa tidak pernah memberikan dukungan kepada pasangan calon tersebut.
“Saya tidak pernah merasa memberikan dukungan, apalagi menandatangani formulir dukungan untuk pasangan calon ini. Saya merasa ini adalah tindakan yang tidak bertanggung jawab dan melanggar privasi,” ungkap Mega kepada perkaranews.com, Kamis (1/5).
Mega juga mempertanyakan bagaimana data KTP dan nomor teleponnya bisa digunakan oleh tim “MERDEKA” untuk keperluan politik. Ia menegaskan tidak pernah mengenal Eka Mulya Putra, salah satu bakal calon walikota, maupun mengikuti kegiatan pasar murah yang dikaitkan dengan pasangan tersebut.
“Saya tidak pernah membeli minyak goreng di pasar murah, apalagi kenal dengan Pak Eka Mulya. Saya merasa nama baik saya dicemarkan,” tegasnya.
Atas kejadian ini, Mega meminta Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) dan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Pangkalpinang untuk bertindak tegas dan transparan.
Ia berharap kejadian serupa tidak terulang dan data pribadi warga Pangkalpinang terlindungi dari penyalahgunaan.
“KPU harus membuka akses bagi masyarakat untuk memeriksa data dukungan mereka. Ini penting untuk memastikan tidak ada data yang disalahgunakan,” kata Mega.
Sementara itu, pihak tim “MERDEKA” belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait dugaan penggunaan identitas tanpa izin ini. Perkaranews.com masih berupaya menghubungi tim pasangan calon untuk mendapatkan klarifikasi. Kasus ini menjadi sorotan serius dalam tahapan Pilkada Pangkalpinang.
Penggunaan data pribadi tanpa izin merupakan pelanggaran hukum dan etika yang dapat mencederai proses demokrasi. Masyarakat berharap Bawaslu dan KPU dapat menindaklanjuti kasus ini dengan serius dan transparan.(Yuko)
