JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1A khusus Jakarta Pusat Hendri Tobing, SH, MH, melantik Andi Saputra, SH, MH sebagai Hakim Adhoc Tipikor. Usai melantik dengan tegas Hendri Tobing berpesan Hakim Adhoc Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) tidak menjatuhkan putusan dengan berdasarkan janji atau pemberian fasilitas apalagi pemberian uang, serta berintegritas tinggi dan sikap profesional. Pesan itu Hendri sampaikan dalam pidato sambutannya, di lantai 7 Gedung PN Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (30/4/2025).
Hendri mengingatkan, Ketua Mahkamah Agung (MA) Sunarto telah berkali-kali mengingatkan, tidak ada lagi layanan yang bersifat transaksional di pengadilan. Hendri juga menekankan dua hal menjadi perhatian khusus, yaitu berintegritas tinggi dan sikap professional.
“Ada dua hal yang ingin saya tekankan, yang pertama adalah berintegritas tinggi, maksudnya adalah sikap dan kepribadian yang utuh, berwibawa, jujur dan tidak tergoyahkan. Berikutnya bersikap profesional, bahwa saudara wajib menjalankan kegiatan-kegiatan yudisial diatas kegiatan lainnya,” tegas Hendri.
Lebih lanjut Hendri juga mengatakan, sebagai hakim harus bersyukur, jangan berharap lebih dari pendapatan sah yang sudah ditetapkan negara. Sebagai hakim juga harus benar-benar berpegang dengan sumpah yang telah diucapkan.
”Anda harus benar-benar berpegang dengan sumpah yang telah saudara ucapkan tadi dan fakta integritas yang saudara sudah bacakan tadi,” ucap Hendri.
Sementara Andi Saputra dalam fakta integritas yang dibacakannya, menyatakan tidak akan melakukan korupsi dengan tujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri atau pihak tertentu. Andi juga berjanji tidak akan menyalahgunakan wewenang, kesempatan, maupun sarana yang ada karena jabatan dan kedudukannya.
“Saya tidak akan melakukan praktik korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme,” ucap Andi dalam petikkan fakta integritas.
Andi juga menyatakan akan menjaga citra dan kredibilitas Mahkamah Agung (MA) dan pengadilan dengan melaksanakan tugas hakim secara jujur, transparan, serta akuntabel.
“Apabila saya melanggar hal-hal yang telah saya nyatakan dalam pakta integritas ini, saya bersedia dikenai sanksi seberat-beratnya,” tukas Andi.
Diketahui, Andi Saputra menjadi Hakim Adhoc setelah diputuskan berdasarkan rapat panitia seleksi calon hakim ad hoc pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi tahap XXI tahun 2024. Keputusan tersebut disampaikan MA lewat pengumuman nomor 56/Pansel/Ad Hoc TPK/VII/2024. (Yuko)
