PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Petualangan seorang TikToker di balik akun “Anak Muda O Pos” yang diduga menyebarkan ujaran kebencian dan hasutan terhadap Direktur Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Depati Hamzah dan Dinas Kesehatan Pangkalpinang, berakhir di balik jeruji besi.
Pemuda asal Belinyu yang merupakan lulusan SMA tersebut, diduga kuat dimanfaatkan oleh oknum dokter aktif di RSUP Soekarno.
Informasi ini terungkap dari sumber internal yang menyatakan bahwa tersangka telah ditangkap, namun identitasnya masih dirahasiakan untuk kepentingan penyidikan. Sumber tersebut juga menyebutkan bahwa pelaku bukan berasal dari Pangkalpinang, melainkan dari Belinyu.
“Info bang, pemilik akun Anak Muda O pos sudah ‘diciduk’ tapi saat ini masih silent untuk identitasnya, bukan orang Pangkalpinang pelaku tapi orang Belinyu,” ungkap sumber internal pada Senin (3/3).
Penyidik saat ini sedang mendalami kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik dan ujaran kebencian yang disebarkan melalui akun TikTok “Anak Muda O Pos”. Kuat dugaan bahwa ada keterlibatan oknum dokter yang bertugas di RSUP Soekarno dalam kasus ini.
“Saat ini, kasus dugaan ujaran kebencian masih didalami oleh penyidik. Tersiar kabar akun TikTok Anak Muda O Pos diduga didalangi oleh oknum dokter RSUP,” tegasnya.
Kasus ujaran kebencian dan pelanggaran Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) ini diduga berkaitan dengan persaingan bisnis dan profesi kedokteran spesialis, khususnya yang terkait dengan penyakit jantung.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, awak media masih berupaya menghubungi pihak-pihak terkait, termasuk penyidik kepolisian, Direktur RSUD Depati Hamzah, dan oknum dokter jantung di RSUP Soekarno, untuk mendapatkan klarifikasi. Namun, belum ada tanggapan yang diberikan.(Yuko)
