PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Upaya penyelesaian perkara dugaan pelanggaran UU ITE antara dokter Della, dokter Surya, dan Tri Lius Putri melalui jalur restorative justice kembali mengalami penundaan. Pertemuan yang dijadwalkan pada Sabtu, 22 Maret 2024, terpaksa batal karena bertepatan dengan hari libur di Polresta Pangkalpinang.
Sebelumnya, beberapa kali jadwal pertemuan telah disepakati, namun selalu gagal terlaksana. Pada pertemuan pertama yang dijadwalkan pada Kamis, 13 Maret, dokter Della mendadak harus mendampingi Sekda dalam kunjungan dinas.
Selanjutnya, pertemuan yang direncanakan pada Kamis, 20 Maret, juga batal karena dokter Della harus memenuhi panggilan Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung.
Pihak dokter Della kemudian mengusulkan pertemuan pada Sabtu, 22 Maret pukul 09.30 WIB. Namun, jadwal ini kembali terkendala karena hari Sabtu merupakan hari libur di Polresta Pangkalpinang.
Akibatnya, dokter Surya yang saat ini berstatus tahanan tidak dapat dikeluarkan dari ruang tahanan untuk mengikuti proses restorative justice.
Penasihat Hukum dokter Surya, Kemas Akhmad Tajuddin, telah menginformasikan rencana pertemuan ini kepada pihak Polresta Pangkalpinang dan berharap agar Polresta dapat memfasilitasi proses restorative justice.
Namun, pihak Polresta menyarankan agar pertemuan dijadwalkan ulang pada hari kerja, Senin, 24 Maret, atau hari kerja lainnya.
“Kami berharap kejadian ini tidak menyurutkan niat baik kedua belah pihak untuk menyelesaikan perkara ini secara kekeluargaan dan damai,” ujar Kemas Akhmad Tajuddin.
Kasus ini bermula dari dugaan pelanggaran UU ITE yang melibatkan dokter Della, dokter Surya, dan Tri Lius Putri. Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk menyelesaikan perkara ini melalui jalur restorative justice dengan harapan mencapai kesepakatan damai.
Proses restorative justice ini bertujuan untuk mencapai kesepakatan damai antara para pihak yang terlibat dalam perkara pidana. Dalam proses ini, para pihak akan duduk bersama untuk mencari solusi yang adil dan memulihkan kerugian yang dialami oleh korban.
Pihak Polresta Pangkalpinang menyatakan siap memfasilitasi proses restorative justice ini kapan pun, asalkan dilakukan pada hari kerja.
