PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – PT Timah Tbk menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mendukung pendidikan keagamaan anak-anak di Kabupaten Belitung Timur dengan menjadi donatur utama kegiatan pesantren kilat yang diselenggarakan oleh TBM Taman Literasi Menara Bestari. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua hari, 18-19 Maret 2025, di Masjid As-Salam I Desa Baru, Kabupaten Belitung Timur, dan diikuti oleh sekitar 100 pelajar tingkat SD.
Ketua TBM Taman Literasi Menara Bestari, Azy Pramono, menyampaikan apresiasi yang tinggi atas dukungan PT Timah. “Peran PT Timah sangat besar dalam kegiatan ini karena PT Timah menjadi donatur utama yang membiayai kegiatan ini. Tentunya ini sangat membantu kami untuk menyukseskan acara ini,” ujarnya.
Azy juga mengungkapkan antusiasme para peserta terhadap kegiatan pesantren kilat ini. “Alhamdulillah, antusiasme peserta kegiatan Pesantren Kilat ini sangat tinggi. Selama pelaksanaan, walaupun di bulan puasa, mereka tetap semangat dan fun serta antusias terhadap semua program kegiatan maupun setiap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh panitia,” katanya.
Ke depannya, mereka berencana untuk menjadikan pesantren kilat sebagai program rutin yang akan dilaksanakan bersama dengan remaja Masjid As-Salam 1 di setiap bulan Ramadan. Selain itu, mereka juga berencana untuk memperluas jangkauan peserta hingga tingkat kecamatan.
Azy berharap, PT Timah dapat terus bersinergi mendukung kegiatan pesantren kilat ini. “Semoga kami bisa terus bekerja sama dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak yang ingin mengadakan kegiatan terkait keagamaan, literasi maupun sosial. Semoga taman baca kami juga dapat terus berkembang,” harapnya.
