Kakak Eks Hakim Ungkap Asal Harta Heru Hanindyo

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Sidang lanjutan eks Hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya, Heru Hanindyo, dalam perkara suap dan gratifikasi pengurusan Gregorius Ronald Tannur yang divonis bebas, kembali digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (18/3/2025). Sidang kali ini menghadirkan saksi a de charge atau meringankan, yaitu Arif Budi Harsono, kakak kandung terdakwa.

Ketua Majelis Hakim, Teguh Santoso, menanyakan identitas dan hubungan Arif Budi Harsono dengan terdakwa. Arif Budi Harsono menjawab bahwa Heru Hanindyo adalah adik kandungnya. Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) kemudian mengajukan keberatan atas kesaksian Arif Budi Harsono, karena yang bersangkutan selalu hadir di setiap persidangan.

Penasihat Hukum terdakwa Heru Hanindyo menanggapi keberatan JPU dengan menjelaskan bahwa keterangan Arif Budi Harsono tidak berkaitan dengan masalah persidangan sebelumnya. Penasihat hukum juga menyatakan bahwa kesaksian keluarga diperlukan untuk membuktikan bahwa harta Heru Hanindyo berasal dari warisan.

Majelis hakim memutuskan untuk mendengarkan keterangan Arif Budi Harsono, tetapi tanpa diambil sumpah sebagai saksi. Arif Budi Harsono dalam keterangannya menyatakan bahwa harta Heru Hanindyo adalah warisan keluarga, yang sudah ada jauh sebelum kasus suap mencuat.

Heru Hanindyo adalah salah satu dari tiga hakim PN Surabaya yang memvonis bebas Ronald Tannur dari tuduhan pembunuhan terhadap Dini Sera Afriyanti. Dua hakim lainnya, Erintuah Damanik dan Mangapul, juga menjadi terdakwa dalam kasus ini.

Ketiganya didakwa menerima suap terkait putusan vonis bebas Ronald Tannur, melanggar Pasal 12c atau Pasal 6 ayat 2 atau Pasal 5 ayat 2 juncto Pasal 18 UU Tipikor juncto Pasal 55 Ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP. Atas penerimaan gratifikasi, mereka didakwa melanggar Pasal 12B juncto Pasal 18 UU Tipikor juncto Pasal 55 Ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP.

Kasus ini bermula dari vonis bebas yang diberikan Heru Hanindyo, Erintuah Damanik, dan Mangapul kepada Ronald Tannur dalam kasus pembunuhan Dini Sera Afriyanti. Vonis bebas tersebut kemudian memicu kecurigaan adanya suap, yang berujung pada penetapan ketiganya sebagai terdakwa.(MJ01)
