Kapal Oesman 7 Lakukan Pengerukan Pasir Muara Air Kantung, Warga dan Nelayan Resah

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS-Direktur eksekutif LKPI Pusat Ayub Faidiban selaku panglima laut Indonesia menyoroti aktivitas kegiatan pengerukan alur muara Jelitik Sungailiat Bangka yang saat ini pekerjaan sedang berlangsung dikerjakan oleh PT.Naga Emas Sumatera

Kegiatan pengerukan  alur muara Jelitik sebelumnya masih dikerjakan oleh PT.Pulo Mas Sentosa. Ayub mempertanyakan izin darurat terkait normalisasi alur muara Jelitik yang sebelumnya diberikan pihak Pemkab Bangka kepada PT.Pulo Mas ,kemudian malah diberikan SK baru kepada PT.NES.
“Inikan terjadi tumpang tindih terkait SK Darurat tersebut. Kami dari Lembaga Kelautan dan Perikanan Indonesia pusat dan LKPI Babel sangat menyayangkan keputusan yang dibuat oleh PJ.Bupati Bangka dan Forkopimda,”ungkapnya

Hal ini yang secara langsung membuat konflik horizontal dan bernuansa adanya konflik of interest terjadi dimuara Air Kantung tersebut.

“Kami dari LKPI pun sudah menyampaikan kepada pihak Polda Babel terkait hal ini  dan hari ini bersama tim Krimsus Polda Babel melakukan investigasi keJelitik untuk melihat langsung  aktivitas normalisasi tersebut,dan pada hari ini ternyata ada kegiatan pengerukan dan penyedotan pasir oleh kapal Oesman 7 diperairan Air Kantung Sungailiat Bangka,”ujarnya

LKPI meminta kepada pihak Polda Babel untuk segera melakukan penertiban karena yang kita ketahui belum ada sosialisasi dan perizinan lengkap terkait penambangan pasir tersebut dan izin gerak Kapal Oesman 7 pun telah mati.

“Kami juga akan melaporkan hal ini kepada Polda Bangka belitung untuk menyelidiki dan mengusut tuntas siapa saja yang terlibat dan bermain dalam kegiatan ilegal tersebut.”tegas Ayub.

Ia meninta kepada Pj.Bupati Bangka mohon agar menjadi pengayom masyarakat diwilayahnya jangan sampai hal ini menimbulkan konflik ,begitupun pihak Forkopimda Bangka Belitung agar mendengar aspirasi nelayan selama ini.
“Berdasarkan pemberitaan sebelumnya bahwa PT.NES pernah melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sekitar ,dan pihak terkait dalam rencana pembuatan pabrik Silica yang akan dibangun dikawasan Jelitik Sungailiat Bangka,”paparnya

“Namun sampai dengan saat ini belum ada tanda-tanda hal tersebut direalisasikan ,malah yang ada melakukan pengerukan pengerukan alur muara karena sedimentasi dan ada kegiatan penambangan dan penyedotan pasir oleh kapal Oesman 7 diperairan Laut Air Kantung yang merupakan WIUP Penambangan PT.Timah Tbk,” tutupnya
