BANGKA TENGAH,PERKARANEWS- Perkebunan sawit di blok Pungguk atau Eks lahan PT Koba Tin menjadi pertanyaan besar bagi masyarkat Kabupaten Bangka Tengah dan Bangka Belitung pada umumnya. Apakah kebun sawit tersebut lahan Reklamasi, siap pelaksananya dan kapan ditanamnya ?
Hal ini menjadi sebuah permasalahan baru dilahan Eks PT Koba Tin, bukan hanya permaslahan tambang ilegal saja, tapi masalah jualbeli lahan dan perkebunan sawit juga menjadi bagian permasalahan yang ada diwilayah Kenari, Marbuk dan Pungguk
Salah satu warga Jayek mempertanyakan seperti apa jual beli yang pasti tidak jelas, tetapi dirinya meyaarankan lebih baik adalah apakah lahan yang telah ditanami kelapa sawit adalah benar lahan reklamasi
“Apakah perkebunan sawit itu adalah reklamasi atau milik siapa ?,” tanyanya
Selanjutnya ia juga mempertanyakan siapa pihak ketiga pelaksana relakmasi di lokasi yang telah ditanami kelapa sawit
“Kalau memang perkebunan sawit itu reklamasi siapa yang melakukannya, pasti ada pihak ketiga, siapa pihak ketiganya ?,” lanjutnya
Jayek juga menyebutkan kalau memang kebun sawit itu lahan reklamasi kapan dilaksanakannya dan apakah ada melapor kepihak terkait
“Tahun pekerjaan reklamasi di lokasi kapan,” ujarnya
Yang jelas pekerjaan reklamasi paskah tambang PT Koba Tin berdasarkan pernyataan perwakilan dinas lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan Babel pada RDPU kedua DPRD Bangka Tengah tidak ada laporan dinas terkait
“Hingga saat ini Belum pernah diserahkan hasilnya,”sebutnya
Terakhir ia menyampaikan intinya para pihak terkait baik pelaksana relakmasi, pihak pemilik kebun sawit dan penambang sama sama tidak memiliki tanggungjawab termasuk pemerintah
“Cube tanyak kek Budi Darma anggota DPRD Bangka Tengah. Beliau tu tau pelaksanaan reklamasi PT Koba tin dari awal sampai kondisi sekarang,” pintanya
Dipemberitaann sebelumnya Akibat pertambangan ilegal yang terjadi di kawasan Marbuk, Pungguk dan sekitarnya yang hingga saat ini belum juga ada penyelesaiannya sehingga sering kali terjadi konflik dilapangan seperti bom waktu suatu saat akan meledak.
Lagi ramai diberitakan ada seorang penjaga kebun sawit atau “Centeng” yang berkerja diwilayah blok pungguk sebuat saja BK (50) menjadi korban pemukulan oleh warga Nibung Koba diduga IS
Ada hal yang menarik dari kasus pemukulan yang terjadi diwilayah eks lahan milik PT Koba Tin. Kita sebut saja Centeng Vs Penambang, seperti dalam klonologis yang tampil dalam pemberitaan menjadi sebuah pertanyaan bagi publik
Dalam pemberitaan tersebut ada perkebunan sawit yang ditanam di blok pungguk, siapa pemilik kebun sawit tersebut dan kenapa bisa ada kebun sawit diatas lahan eks PT Koba Tin tersebut, seperti apa status lahan tersebut ataukah lahan tersebut sudah diperjualbeli atau ada oknum dengan sengaja ingin menguasai lahan tersebut dengan cara menanam pohon sawit ?
Centeng yang dikabarkan saat ini sedang dirawat dirumah sakit akibat dipukul oleh IS karena mengalami luka ditubuhnya, siapakah bos dari Centeng pemilik sawit tersebut dan mengapa pemiliknya harus membayar penjaga ?
Salah satu warga sekitar yang berhasil awak media wawancarai menyebutkan kebun sawit tersebut adalah milik salah satu pengusaha Koba yang didapatkan dari oknum aparat penegak hukum yang sudah diperjualbeli lahan tersebut dan sudah sering terjadi gesekan dilokasi
“Kalau dak salah tu punya Bos Fran, dulu lahan tersebut dijual anggota Pelici DD. Kabar yang warga tau seperti itu,”jawab narasumber yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan
Ia juga menjelaskan seperti apa kronolosgi,sehingga terjadilah perkelaian yang ramai diberitakan.
“Lah lama, sebenarnya hal ini terjadi karena sering berselisih paham dilokasi hingga terjadi perkelaian tersebut,” tuturnya. Jumat,(13/9)
Peristiwa itu terjadi awalnya anak dari IS terjadi perselisihan dengan centeng tersebut, mungkin mendengar kabar anaknya berkelahi, wajar sebagai orang tua membela sang anaknya
“Awalnya memang ada insiden dilokasi, mungkin sebagai seorang ayah mendengar anaknya sedang ada maslah pasti dibela lah, ia ngak. Mungkin karena centeng tersebut membawa sajam, itu yang menjadi pemicu pemukulan tersebut,” ujarnya.(Yuko)
