Tingkatkan Pengelolaan Arsip, PT Taspen Benchmark ke PT Timah

Untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan kearsipan, PT Taspen melaksanakan benchmark pengelolaan kearsipan ke Divisi General Affairs dan Asset Management PT Timah, Kamis (8/8/2024).

Kedatangan rombongan yang dipimpin Head Corporate Communication PT Taspen Rizky Baharudin disambut oleh Kepala Divisi General Affairs dan Asset Management Hikmat Slamet dan Kepala Bagian Kearsipan dan Pengendali Dokumen Dhiesta Febrionna beserta tim Arsip di Unit Pelayanan Arsip PT Timah.

PT Timah kerap menjadi lokasi benchmark pengelolaan arsip setelah sebelumnya pada tahun 2023 lalu PT Timah mendapatkan akreditasi AA dari Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI).

Dalam Benchmark ini, Hikmat Slamet menjelaskan tentang profil, pengantar, milestone pengelolaan arsip PT Timah, kebijakan dan lainnya termasuk sistem keamanan arsip.

Selain berdiskusi, tim Taspen juga mengunjungi ruang pengelolaan arsip PT Timah baik dokumen maupun foto dan video.

Sementara itu, Head Corporate Communication Taspen Rizky Baharudin menyampaikan, kedatangan mereka ke PT Timah untuk melihat pengelolaan arsip.

“Kita datang ingin belajar dan melihat langsung proses pengelolaan arsip di PT Timah karena kita mau learning from the best untuk pengelolaan arsip terakreditasi di BUMN itu baru PT Timah dan PT KAI,” katanya.

Menurutnya, dari benchmark ini ada beberapa hal yang bisa diadopsi untuk diimplementasikan di PT Taspen. Salah satunya ialah pentingnya untuk mengglorafikasikan tentang kesadaran mengelola arsip.

Sementara itu, Kepala Bidang Komunikasi Perusahaan PT Timah Anggi Siahaan mengatakan, Unit Kearsipan PT Timah terus melakukan pembenahan dan penyesuaian dalam pengelolaan arsip agar keamanan dan keselamatan arsip tetap terjaga dan sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan perka ANRI.

“Kita sudah menerapkan arsip digital, dengan adanya akreditasi dari ANRI tentunya kita harus mengikuti semua standar yang ditetapkan mulai dari pengelolaan, penyimpanan, pengawasan dan pembinaan,”katanya. (Yuko)
