PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Ada apa dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung (Kejati Babel) menolak bertemu dengan para pejuang Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan Tokoh Adat Majelis Adat Budaya Melayu Indonesia (MABMI) Babel serta Organisasi Masyarakat Emergency Respon Pejuang Masyarakat Bangka Belitung (ERPKAT Babel), Senin (6/5/2024).

Kedatangan tokoh pejuang Babel, Ketua Adat MABMI Babel dan ERPKAT Babel dalam rangka bersilahturami dengan Kejati Babel yang baru bertugas di Babel, sekaligus mau mempertanyakan perihal kasus yang sedang ramai dugaan korupsi lahan 1500 hektar di Kota Waringin yang izinnya kebun pisang tapi tumbuhnya pohon sawit.

Rasa kekecewaan para pejuang dan Tokoh Adat Babel sangat mendalam atas tidak ada satu pun petinggi Kejati Babel mau menerima mereka yang sudah hadir di kantor Kejati Babel.

“Hari ini kami ingin bersilahturami dengan Kejati Babel dan juga ingin mengetahui seperti apa proses hukum lahan Kota Warigin 1500 Hektar yang membuat suasana Babel tidak kondusif,” ungkap Dato Agus Adaw saat diwawancara diruang tunggu Kejati Babel.

Dato Agus Adaw salah satu pejuang Provinsi Babel sekaligus Dewan Penasehat MABMI dan ERPKAT Babel merasa kecewa besar atas tidak ada para petinggi Kejati Babel saat mereka ingin bertemu sebagai masyarakat yang peduli terhadap Babel.

“Kami sangat kecewa, tidak ada satu pun petinggi Kejati Babel mau menerima kedatangan kami, padahal kami ingin mengetahui seperti apa proses hukum di Kejati Babel yang saat ini membuat resah karena dinilai hukum lebih tajam kebawah dan tumpul keatas,” tegasnya.

Dato Agus Adaw meminta pihak Kejati Babel agar bisa memberikan waktu atau membuat jadwal ulang pertemuan ini, dan meminta pihak Kejati Babel gentleman terhadap penyidikan kasus yang telah membuat resah Babel ini.

“Saya minta pihak penyidik dan Kepala Kejati Babel Gentleman mau menerima kehadirian kami. Berharap silaturahmi ini bisa dijadwal ulang karena kedatangan kami ke Kejati Babel bukan mau makan orang, tapi ini sebuah kepedulian masyarakat Babel terhadap Kejati Babel dan penegakan hukum yang lebih baik,” tutupnya.

Tidak hanya di dalam kantor Kejati Babel saja yang ricuh, diluar kantor pun terjadi keributan saling adu argumen antara Ketua MABMI Babel, Dato Marwan dengan beberapa petugas dan staf Kejati Babel atas tidak trafaransi serta ada kesan menghindar untuk bertemu dengan rombongan.

“Kami disini (KejatiBabel,red) adalah tamu. Tidak ada satu pun yang mau menerima kehadiran kami,” cetus Ketua MABMI Babel.

Dato Marwan yang saat ini menjabat Seketaris DPRD Babel mempertanyakan apakah penegakan hukum ini hanya berlaku kepada orang kecil sedangkan para petinggi diatas tidak tersentuh.

“Kami orang sini(orang Babel,red) diperlakukan dengan “Sekenek-kenek ikak” (semau-maunya,red) diperlakukan. Dan bertanya apakah yang lain-lainnya berani juga ditangkap, jangan hanya dirinya,” tegasnya.

Sementara beberapa staf dari Kejati Babel memcoba menenangkan keadaan yang sudah mulai ramai dan memanas diluar kantor.

“Tadi kan sudah diberitahu, tunggu dulu. Saat ini sedang ada rapat, kami tidak ada memihak siapa pun. Silahakan tunggu dulu, masih ada tamu,”tutup salah satu staf Kejati Babel.(Yuko)
