JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Pimpinan DPRD Babel, Herman Suhadi, Beliadi, dan Hellyana bersama Badan Anggaran kunjungi Kementerian Dalam Negeri guna melakukan pembahasan terkait penambahan dana hibah kepada MUI Provinsi Bangka Belitung untuk mendukung kegiatan Pelaksanaan Itjima Ulama Komisi Fatwa MUI VII se-Indonesia Tahun 2024, Selasa (21/5/2024).
“Pada tanggal 18 April 2024 kita menerima surat dari MUI Babel untuk bantuan anggaran guna pelaksanaan Itjima Ulama Indonesia di Bangka Belitung,” ucap Ketua DPRD, Herman Suhadi membuka diskusi pertemuan.
Dikatakan Herman, sejatinya provinsi Kep. Babel sangat mendukung program-program kegiatan ataupun even-event baik lokal, nasional maupun internasional yang diadakan di bumi serumpun sebalai.
“Kita komitmen untuk mensukseskan acara tersebut dan semoga event-event besar lainnya dapat diadakan di Kep. Babrl juga,” ujarnya.
Selain hal ini berdampak bagi kemajuan daerah juga berdampak bagi peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat Kep. Babel.
“Dengan adanya event-event yang di selenggarakan di Babel, mendatangkan banyak orang yang tentunya akan berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat,” jelasnya.
Untuk diketahui Kemendagri juga telah menerima surat dari Sekda Babel yang berisikan surat konsultasi dan surat arahan untuk penganggaran. Tanggal 17 april 2024 juga MUI mengirimkan rincian proposal kegiatan kepada Kemendagri.
Dikatakan Kasubdit Perencanaan Anggaran Daerah Wilayah I, Fernando Siagian, berdasarkan surat tersebut Kemendagri menyarankankan MUI untuk mengubah surat agar tidak dalam bentuk hibah, hanya permohonan dukungan fasilitasi. Sehingga dapat ditindaklanjuti dalam bentuk kegiatan dan sub kegiatan pada APBD, serta dapat dilakukan melalui pergeseran anggaran atau BTT.
“Dasar hukum dukungan penganggaran kegiatan Itjima Ulama dalam APBD berdasarkan pasal 3 dan 4 ayat (2) PP No. 151 Tahun 2014 tentang bantuan pendanaan kegiatan MUI, jadi diperbolehkan memberikan bantuan kepada MUI,” jelasnya.
Menutup diskusi tersebut, Beliadi, Wakil Ketua DPRD babel berharap agar segera dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan yang sudah ada
“Kami pada prinsipnya akan mendukung, silahkan untuk Bappeda dan Bakuda merumuskan formulanya agar segera dapat kita eksekusi.” tutupnya.(Yuko)
