PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Aksan Visyawan menilai ekonomi Babel rapuh. Indikatornya adalah rendahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi Babel pada Triwulan 1 tahun 2024.
Berdasarkan data BPS Ekonomi Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung triwulan I-2024 terhadap triwulan I-2023 (y-on-y) tumbuh sebesar 1,01 persen, melambat dibandingkan capaian triwulan I-2023 yang tumbuh sebesar 4,40 persen. Dari sisi produksi, sebagian besar lapangan usaha tumbuh positif dimana pertumbuhan tertinggi terjadi pada lapangan usaha Informasi dan Komunikasi sebesar 17,50 persen. Sementara dari sisi pengeluaran, pertumbuhan tertinggi dicapai oleh komponen Pengeluaran Konsumsi Pemerintah yang tumbuh sebesar 17,31 persen.
“Tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi 1 % sekian, terendah se Sumatera,” kata Aksan usai menerima pendaftaran Bacagub Hidayat Arsani untuk Pilgub Babel, di Kantor DPW PKS, Bukit Lama, Pangkalpinang, Jumat (10/5/2024) siang.

Total PDRB ADHB Pulau Sumatera pada triwulan I-2024 mencapai Rp1.154,87 triliun atau sekitar 21,86 persen dari total PDRB 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Sementara Total PDRB ADHK Pulau Sumatera pada triwulan I-2024 mencapai Rp654,80 triliun. PDRB Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung triwulan I-2024 memberikan kontribusi sebesar 2,18 persen terhadap PDRB Pulau Sumatera dan 0,48 persen terhadap total PDRB 34 provinsi di Indonesia.
Makanya, Aksan menilai perlu terobosan untuk membangun ekonomi Babel agar stabil. Langkah kolaboratif harus dilakukan.
“Artinya ekonomi Bangka Belitung sangat rapuh. Mudah-mudahan niat baik kita semua untuk membangun Bangka Belitung bisa terwujud. Tidak bisa sendiri, harus kolaboratif,” ujar Aksan.
Pada kesempatan sama, Aksan juga menyoroti soal lemahnya proses kaderisasi ASN Pemprov Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
“Saya sebagai anggota dewan sudah empat periode ini, era Pak Eko (Gubernur Babel Eko Maulana Ali ketika itu) saya sudah di DPRD. Sekarang tampak kaderisasi ASN lemah, dari segi etika, kemampuan sangat lemah,” ujar Aksan.(Yuko)
