PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) bersama Pemkot Pangkalpinang kembali menggelar fundraising zakat.
Acara ini berlangsung selama satu hari ini saja sampai jam 4 sore, digelar di depan halaman kantor Wali Kota Pangkalpinang. Dengan tema “Semakin Berkah Dengan Berzakat , Tentramnya Muzaki, Bahagia Mustahik”, Kamis (28/3/2024).
“Fundraising ramadan ini sudah 3 tahun berjalan dari tahun 2022 sampai 2027, insya Allah sampai tutup periode kami fundraising ini akan kami galakkan dan kami adakan setiap tahunnya sampai akhir masa pimpinan kami,” ujar M Kurnia selaku Ketua BAZNAS Pangkalpinang.
Fundraising ini diperuntukkan untuk para pejabat atau para kepala daerah melakukan pembayaran zakat kepada BAZNAS Kota Pangkalpinang, dan uang itu kita peruntukan untuk memberikan santunan kepada warga Pangkalpinang yang membutuhkan.
“Acara fundraising ini juga dibuka untuk seluruh masyarakat Pangkalpinang baik dari pengusaha dan asn yang ada disini, kami menerima pembayaran zakat mereka,” tukasnya.
BAZNAS Pangkalpinang menargetkan ada kenaikan ditahun ini dari tahun sebelumnya yang terkumpul 600 juta pada tahun sebelumnya, dan ia juga menargetkan dapat terkumpul 800 juta lebih dari tahun sebelumnya.
“Setiap hari uang yang terkumpul disaldo milik BAZNAS selalu kami berikan langsung kepada yang benar-benar membutuhkan, kemudian kami juga menargetkan dapat memberikan lebih banyak bantuan kepada lebih dari 1000 mustahik,” harapnya.
Pj Wako Lusje Pangkalpinang juga mengingatkan untuk seluruh umat Islam bersodaqoh merupakan kewajiban kita semua, dan lebih baik lagi kalau uang gaji kita langsung dipotong untuk membayar zakat. (Yuko)
