PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Direktorat Reserse Narkoba (Ditresnarkoba) Polda Bangka Belitung berhasil meringkus seorang kurir narkoba berinisial Al alias Lamsyah (46), Minggu (17/3/2024) sore.
Dari tangan pelaku, Tim Subdit II berhasil mengamankan beberapa paket plastik besar diduga berisi narkotika jenis sabu.
Kasubbid Penmas Bid Humas Polda Bangka Belitung, AKBP M. Iqbal Surbakti mengatakan pria asal Oki, Sumatra Selatan ini diringkus saat berada di Desa Sebagin, Kecamatan Simpang Rimba, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan.
“Pelaku diamankan beserta 8 paket plastik besar narkotika jenis sabu dengan total berat bruto 84.38 gram,” kata Iqbal, Selasa (19/3/24) pagi.
Selain mengamankan 8 paket sabu, Tim Subdit II turut mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti lain diantaranya 2 ball plastik kosong dan 1 unit handphone.
“Pelaku juga mengakui sudah dua kali mengantar barang tersebut ke Desa Sebagin melalui jalur laut,” terang Iqbal.
Usai diamankan, pelaku dan barang bukti langsung dibawa ke Polda guna proses lebih lanjut.
Sementara itu, atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 114 ayat (2) atau Pasal 112 ayat (2), Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika.
“Ancaman pidananya paling lama 15 tahun penjara,” pungkas Iqbal. (Yuko)
