PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Kegiatan pelatihan berdasarkan unit kompetensi program pelatihan kerja dan produktivitas tenaga kerja yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Pangkalpinang diikuti oleh 45 peserta yang dilaksanakan selama 15 hari sejak tanggal 16 Oktober 2023 resmi ditutup oleh Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Suryo Kusbandoro pada hari ini di Ruang Pertemuan OR Kantor Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Jum’at (03/11/2023).
Dalam sambutannya, Suryo menyampaikan bahwa pelatihan ini merupakan upaya Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang dalam mencetak tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan terus dilakukan setiap tahunnya.
“Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Pangkalpinang terus berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang terampil dan kompetensi bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Pelatihan berdasarkan unit kompetensi yang setiap tahunnya terus dilakukan dimaksudkan guna untuk memenuhi keinginan masyarakat dan kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan pelatihan tenaga kerja yang handal dan terampil”, ucapnya.
Dikatakan Suryo, pelatihan tahun ini selain berdasarkan upaya Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang dalam mencetak tenaga kerja yang kompeten juga berdasarkan keinginan masyarakat itu sendiri.
“Kegiatan pelatihan tahun ini dilakukan juga berdasarkan survei, sehingga sesuai dengan permintaan masyarakat dan tidak luput juga dari penyandang disabilitas”, tambah Suryo.
Suryo berharap setelah pelatihan ini, peserta dapat memanfaatkan ilmu yang diperoleh melalui berwirausaha sehingga dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan mengurangi pengangguran.
“Ada suatu kebanggaan bagi Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang khususnya Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Pangkalpinang bahwa peserta dapat memanfaatkan ilmunya yang diperoleh selama 15 hari ini, agar dapat merencanakan serta memulai kegiatan berwirausaha baik dengan kelompok maupun perorangan serta dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru, mengurangi pengangguran, dan bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri maupun masyarakat.
