PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Tokoh Bangka Belitung, Hidayat Arsani menyikapi kondisi pertimahan terkini saat ini. Ia mengajak semua pihak menyelamatkan dan membantu PT Timah Tbk dari keterpurukan.
Ia mendorong semua pihak untuk bersinergi membantu produksi PT Timah Tbk yang saat ini dipimpin oleh Ahmad Dani Virsal, yang merupakan tokoh ekonomi asal Bangka Belitung.
Hidayat Arsani mengatakan yang terjadi pada Ahmad Dani Virsal sama dengan yang terjadi dengan Thabrani Alwi. “Ahmad Dani Virsal ini nasibnya sama dengan Thabrani Alwi, dia dihadapkan dengan kondisi PT Timah Tbk yang diambang kebangkrutan,” kata Hidayat Arsani dalam diskusi Babel Risources Institute (BRiNST) dengan jurnalis di resto Tsahang Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung, Kamis (9/11/2023).
Mantan Presiden Asosiasi Timah Indonesia itu mengkiritisi fakta produksi PT Timah Tbk yang kalah dari swasta, padahal Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) cuma ribuan hektar. “Saya tidak menuduh siapa mencuri, tetapi persoalan ini tentunya mempunyai dampak. Kita tidak mau PT Timah Tbk di era pemimpinan Ahmad Dhani Virsal menjadi buruk,” kata Hidayat Arsani.
Sebagaimana diketahui pada semester pertama tahun 2023, ekspor timah anjlok ke 8.307 ton. Sementara ekspor timah dari swasta sebanyak 23.570 ton.
Hidayat mengatakan harus ada pemeriksaan eksternal dan internal mengapa PT Timah Tbk tidak bisa memproduksi timah seperti swasta.
“Saya akan sampaikan ke Dirut Timah, perlu diawasi mitra-mitra itu. Saya sudah tanya ke Dirut Dani Virsal, ternyata IUP PT Timah Tbk ini 80 persen masih produktif, namun ke mana timahnya, disebut dijarah, oleh siapa? oleh oknum eksternal, oknum internal. Makanya saya minta aparat hukum bertindak, kejaksaan, Polda untuk menyikapi. PT Timah Tbk juga harus bersih-bersih,” kata dia.
Hidayat mengatakan, PT Timah Tbk perlu membentuk tim untuk kinerja mitra-mitra yang kerja di IUP PT Timah Tbk.
“Kumpulkan semelter, duduk bersama kumpulkan kolektor, insya Allah selesai, konkret, smelter yang sudah kenyang tolonglah mengerti,” kata dia,
Kata Hidayat Arsani kondisi saat ini, jika PT Timah Tbk tidak mampu meningkatkan produksinya, maka BUMN tersebut berdampak terhadap ekonomi Bangka Belitung.
“Kita tidak mau itu terjadi, nasib PT Timah Tbk itu harus diselamatkan. Karena jika sampai terjadi pengurangan karyawan maka akan menjadi masalah berat Bangka Belitung, akan meningkatkan pengangguran, dampaknya akan besar untuk Bangka Belitung,” katanya.
Selain itu, menurut dia peran dari pemerintah yang menerbitkan RKAB juga memicu kondisi PT Timah Tbk seperti saat ini.
“Yang merobohkan PT Timah Tbk ini satu-satunya adalah RKAB yang belum clear dan clean. Kejagung sudah memeriksam Dinas Pertambangan sudah diobok-obok, siapa yang bertanggung jawab. Krisis kepercayaan kepada kepemimpinan kita,” kata dia.
Sementara itu Direktur BRiNST Teddy Marbinanda menyampaikan, lembaganya konsen menyoroti persoalan timah, termasuk persoalan korupsi timah yang saat ini sedang terjadi.
BRiNST pun mencurigai Ekspor timah mengalir deras dari perusahaan smelter timah yang hanya memiliki IUP di bawah 10 ribu hektar, bahkan ada yang di bawah seribu hektar. Kuota ekspor yang diberikan sangat erat kaitannya dengan persetujuan RKAB yang diberikan oleh pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Mineral Batubara, Kementerian ESDM.
“Kita mendorong bisnis timah berada pada koridor hukum yang semestinya. Bagaimana kegiatan produksi hingga pengolahan yang sesuai dengan peraturan,” kata Teddy Marbinanda. (Yuko)
