Lakukan Penyebarluasan Perda M. Amin, SE kunjungi Desa Sadai, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan

SADAI,PERKARANEWS – H. Muhammad Amin, SE Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung melakukan Penyebarluasan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) di Desa Sadai, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, Sabtu (23/9/2023).

Perda yang disebarluaskan oleh Amin sapaan akrab Legislator DPRD Bangka Belitung kali ini adalah Perda No. 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak.

“Mengapa Perda No 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak perlu kami Sosialisasikan di desa Sadai dikarenakan masih banyaknya hak-hak anak terutama hak dasar anak yang belum terpenuhi ,” ungkap M. Amin di hadapan masyarakat yang hadir.

Selain sebagai Narasumber Politisi DPRD Bangka Belitung ini menggandeng Narasumber, DR. Diah Vitaloka, SE. MM lulusan Doktor STPDN yang juga merupakan Komisaris Jamkrida Bangka Belitung sekaligus Dosen Universitas Pertiba Bangka Belitung.

Diah Vitaloka menjelaskan tujuan di bentuk Perda No. 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan anak adalah untuk menjaga agar anak mendapatkan perlindungan dari berbagai bentuk tindak kekerasan, perlakuan salah, eksploitasi dan penelantaran.

“Terkait Perlindungan anak ada beberapa pasal yang harus diketahui masyarakat terkait bagaimana pemenuhan hak dasar anak dan penanganan anak yang membutuhkan perlindungan khusus serta kewajiban anak,” ungkapnya.

Ditambahkan lagi oleh Diah Vitaloka bahwa setiap anak mempunyai hak dasar meliputi hak sipil, lingkungan keluarga dan keluarga pengganti, kesehatan dasar dan kesejahteraan, pendidikan serta perlindungan khusus yang tertuang dalam pasal 4 ayat (1) Perda No. 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak.

Terkait hak kesehatan dasar yang dimiliki anak, ada kasus Stunting yaitu terlambatnya tumbuh kembang anak ini merupakan dampak dari perlindungan anak yang dilakukan orang tua dalam pemenuhan gizi semenjak kehamilan dan di usia balita.

“Stunting adalah kasus yang menjadi perhatian orang tua dalam pemenuhan gizi anak dan merupakan tugas pemerintah untuk mencegah timbulnya stunting,” terang Doktor Lulusan STPDN ini.

Di akhir kegiatan Dosen Universitas Pertiba mengungkapkan bahwa masih banyaknya kekerasan terhadap anak, pernikahan dini atau masih usia anak perlu di cegah, ini merupakan tugas orang tua beserta pemerintah terkait Perlindungan Anak maka pemerintah wajib melindungi dan mencegah hal ini terjadi.

Kegiatan Penyebarluasan Perda No. 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak oleh Anggota DPRD Dapil Bangka Selatan yang di hadiri M. Amin, AS Kepala Desa Sadai, aparat desa, BPD dan Babinkamtibmas beserta masyarakat berjalan dengan antusias dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh warga. (Yuko)
