Pangkalpinang perkaranews.com — Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) menggagalkan dua upaya penyelundupan Narkoba yang dilakukan oleh jaringan sindikat Narkoba Thailand dan Aceh, dengan total barang bukti sebanyak 324.362,5 gram atau 324,3 kilogram shabu.
Pengungkapan kasus tindak pidana Narkoba pada momentum peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-76 ini membuktikan bahwa kemerdekaan yang saat ini dirasakan oleh bangsa Indonesia harus terus diperjuangkan.
Adapun kronologis penggagalan upaya penyelundupan Narkoba jaringan sindikat Narkoba Thailand dan Aceh yang dilakukan oleh BNN bekerja sama dengan Bea dan Cukai adalah sebagai berikut :
Jaringan Thailand – Aceh Timur (BB 105,5 Kg Shabu)
Pengungkapan kasus ini berawal dari penyelidikan intelijen yang dilakukan oleh BNN kepada seorang pria warga Aceh berinisial Sy (36). Ia diketahui berlayar dari perairan Thailand menuju Aceh Timur dengan menggunakan speedboat pada Kamis (12/8). Setibanya di Aceh Timur, Sy dibekuk oleh petugas BNN di sebuah bengkel kapal yang berada di Desa Kampung Jalang Kecamatan Idi Rayeuk. Dari tangan tersangka, petugas menyita barang bukti berupa 100 bungkus teh Cina warna hijau yang dibagi kedalam 4 (empat) karung dengan berat total mencapai 105,5 kilogram.
Berdasarkan pengakuan tersangka, Ia mengaku diperintahkan oleh JP alias JY kemudian memerintahkan Sy bertemu dengannya ditengah laut untuk mengambil shabu.
Sabu yang diambil, sesuai perintah JP alias JY, di bawa ke gudang untuk dibantu oleh R dan F untuk membongkar muat. R, F dan JP alias JY masih dalam Pencarian (DPO).
Jaringan Aceh (BB 218,8 Kg Shabu)
Pengungkapan kasus ini berawal dari penyelidikan intelijen yang dilakukan oleh BNN yang bekerja sama dengan Bea dan Cukai yang merupakan bagian dari Operasi Laut Interdiksi Terpadu terhadap jaringan sindikat narkotika berinisial T alias CM. Dalam kasus ini, petugas mengamankan 5 (lima) orang tersangka, masing-masing berinisial B alias Y (39), T alias CM (52), ES alias E (26), AN alias WY (44), dan Ay alias R (52).
Petugas pertama kali membekuk Ay alias R dan B alias Y yang diduga sebagai penjaga gudang berisi 198 bungkus shabu dengan berat total mencapai 218,8 kilogram. Keduanya dibekuk di kawasan Pulau Beureh, Banda Aceh, usai mengendarai speedboat untuk mengambil shabu di kawasan Wisata Kuliner, pada Jumat (13/8).
Dari penangkapan ini, petugas kemudian mengamankan T alias CM di jalan raya Medan-Banda Aceh. Ia diketahui merupakan pengendali dari penyelundupan dan peredaran narkotika ini.
Keesokan paginya, pada Sabtu (14/8), petugas mengamankan tersangka lainnya, yaitu Es alias E, dan AN alias WY di tempat terpisah.
Para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (2) Jo Pasal 132 ayat (1) dan Pasal 112 ayat (2) Jo Pasal 132 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Narkotika No. 35 Tahun 2009, dengan ancaman maksimal hukuman mati atau penjara seumur hidup. (*)
