JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat kembali menggelar sidang lanjutan perkara dugaan suap dan/atau gratifikasi kepada hakim, tindak pidana pencucian uang, serta pemufakatan jahat untuk menghalangi proses penyidikan dan persidangan dalam perkara dugaan korupsi minyak goreng (CPO), Rabu (3/12/2025).
Sidang yang dipimpin Ketua Majelis Hakim Effendi, S.H., M.H., menghadirkan enam terdakwa: Marcella Santoso (advokat), Ariyanto Bakri (advokat), Junaedi Saibih (advokat/dosen), M. Syafe’i (staf legal PT Wilmar), M. Adhiya Muzzaki (buzzer), serta Tian Bachtiar (Direktur Pemberitaan JakTV). Para terdakwa didakwa melanggar Pasal 21 UU Tipikor jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP dalam perkara nomor 106–111/Pidsus-TPK/2025/PN JKT.PST.
Agenda persidangan kali ini adalah pemeriksaan saksi. Jaksa Penuntut Umum menghadirkan dua saksi, yaitu:
1. Dewi Maya Bernadicta Barus — Head Legal Permata Hijau Palm Oleo
2. Maria Tinara Mamora — Konsultan hukum DSP Law Firm, eks staf AALF
Keduanya menjelaskan sistem pembayaran jasa hukum yang berlangsung secara korporasi, berdasarkan invoice, kontrak, serta mekanisme internal perusahaan.
“Pembayaran kita transfer langsung ke rekening yang tertera di invoice,” jelas saksi.
Para saksi juga menegaskan bahwa tidak ada pembayaran untuk media atau biaya lain-lain. Bahkan dengan terdakwa Tian Bachtiar, saksi secara tegas tidak mengenal sosok Tian diawal persidangan.
“Saksi kenal dengan Terdakwa Tian Bachtiar,” tanya Hakim Ketua Effendi, S.H., M.H., diawal persidangan.
“Tidak kenal Yang Mulia,” jawab kedua saksi.
Sementara itu, Penasihat Hukum terdakwa Tian Bachtiar, Didi Supriyanto, S.H., M.H. memberi pernyataan tegas, bahwa saksi yang dihadirkan JPU, tidak berkaitan dengan terdakwa Tian Bachtiar.
Menurut Didi, keterangan para saksi justru mempertegas bahwa kliennya tidak memiliki hubungan apa pun dengan peristiwa maupun pihak-pihak yang didalilkan dalam dakwaan JPU.
“Kami tidak ada pertanyaan kepada para saksi, karena berdasarkan Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) saksi Dewi Maya Benedicta dan saksi Maria Tinara Mamora, baik yang dibuat jaksa penyidik maupun keterangannya dalam persidangan, para saksi secara tegas menyatakan tidak kenal dan tidak mengetahui terdakwa Tian Bachtiar,” tegas Didi.
Ia menambahkan bahwa tidak ada satupun fakta yang menghubungkan Tian Bachtiar dari keterangan para saksi.
“Dengan demikian, kami menyimpulkan bahwa para saksi, yang hadir ini tidak memiliki keterangan apa pun yang terkait dengan dakwaan JPU terhadap klien kami, terdakwa Tian Bachtiar,” ujarnya.
Didi bahkan menyebut bahwa keterangan saksi justru menguatkan posisi pembelaan.
“Saksi tidak mengenal dan tidak tahu dengan terdakwa. Ini fakta penting yang harus dicatat,” tandasnya. (AR)
