Putusan Sidang Pidana Penganiayaan Mantan Istri: Pelaku Divonis 6 Bulan Masa Percobaan, Korban Kecewa dan Menolak Putusan

PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Sungguh malang nasib seorang ibu rumah tangga dua anak di Pangkalpinang. Setelah sebelumnya bercerai dari suaminya akibat Kasus Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT), kini sang mantan suami kembali berulah. Peristiwa penganiayaan terhadap mantan istri ini berakhir dengan vonis ringan dari Majelis Hakim.

 

Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Kota Pangkalpinang pada 10 Desember 2025 telah resmi memutus perkara pidana penganiayaan dengan terdakwa YF, seorang karyawan Rumah Sehat Baznas Timah Pangkalpinang, terhadap mantan istrinya, RSD. Dalam sidang terbuka untuk umum tersebut, Majelis Hakim menjatuhkan vonis 6 bulan masa percobaan.

Dengan putusan ini, terdakwa YF tidak perlu menjalani hukuman kurungan badan, kecuali jika ia mengulangi perbuatannya dalam masa percobaan yang ditetapkan.

 

Peristiwa pidana penganiayaan ini terjadi di tengah proses sengketa pembagian harta gono-gini antara keduanya, yang telah diputus secara inkrah di Pengadilan Agama Pangkalpinang dengan Putusan No.124/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Pkp.

 

Putusan yang dibacakan di PN Pangkalpinang ini sontak mendapatkan reaksi keberatan dari pihak korban. Korban RSD menilai hukuman yang dijatuhkan terhadap mantan suaminya tersebut terlalu ringan dan tidak sebanding dengan beratnya dampak fisik maupun psikologis yang ia derita akibat penganiayaan tersebut.

 

Meskipun Majelis Hakim menyatakan terdakwa terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan sesuai dakwaan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), adanya faktor yang meringankan menjadi dasar hukuman masa percobaan. Faktor tersebut antara lain karena terdakwa bersikap kooperatif selama persidangan dan belum pernah dihukum sebelumnya.

 

Usai persidangan, korban RSD menyampaikan kekecewaannya secara terbuka.

 

“Putusan ini tidak memberikan efek jera sama sekali. Apa yang saya alami tidak sebanding dengan hukuman yang diberikan. Saya merasa tidak ada keadilan,” ujar korban.

 

 

Menyikapi vonis yang dianggap tidak memenuhi rasa keadilan, pihak korban menyatakan rencana untuk menempuh upaya hukum banding sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Langkah ini diambil sebagai penegasan bahwa putusan hakim dianggap tidak proporsional bagi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT).

 

Kasus penganiayaan di Pangkalpinang ini kembali menyoroti isu penegakan hukum terhadap kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan, di mana seringkali pelaku dinilai mendapatkan vonis yang terlalu ringan dibandingkan dampak penderitaan yang dialami oleh korban.
