Sidang Lanjutan Korupsi CPO: JPU Nilai Pembelaan Eks Hakim Djuyamto Bertentangan dengan Fakta Hukum

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menilai seluruh dalil dalam nota pembelaan (pledoi) terdakwa Djuyamto dan tim penasihat hukumnya tidak berdasar serta bertentangan dengan fakta hukum yang terungkap selama persidangan.

 

Dalam sidang lanjutan di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (12/11/2025), JPU menyampaikan secara tegas bahwa unsur-unsur tindak pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6 ayat (2) jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, yang telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001, serta Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP, telah terpenuhi seluruhnya.

“Dalil pembelaan terdakwa dan penasihat hukumnya tidak memiliki dasar fakta maupun hukum yang kuat. Semua unsur tindak pidana terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan berdasarkan alat bukti yang dihadirkan,” tegas JPU di hadapan majelis hakim.

 

JPU pun meminta majelis hakim untuk menolak seluruh pembelaan terdakwa dan penasihat hukumnya serta menjatuhkan putusan sesuai dengan tuntutan pidana yang telah dibacakan pada 29 Oktober 2025.

 

Dalam kesimpulannya, JPU memohon agar majelis hakim:

 

Menyatakan terdakwa Djuyamto terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama;

Menjatuhkan putusan sesuai dengan tuntutan pidana yang telah diajukan;

Atau apabila majelis berpendapat lain, menjatuhkan putusan yang seadil-adilnya dengan mempertimbangkan fakta hukum di persidangan.

 

Sebelumnya, dalam pledoi yang dibacakan pekan lalu, Djuyamto—mantan hakim Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat—mengakui telah menerima sejumlah uang dalam penanganan perkara dugaan korupsi ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) atau minyak goreng yang melibatkan tiga korporasi besar, yakni Wilmar Group, Permata Hijau Group, dan Musim Mas Group.

 

Atas perbuatannya, JPU menuntut pidana penjara selama 12 tahun, denda Rp500 juta subsidair 6 bulan kurungan, serta membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp9,5 miliar dengan ketentuan apabila tidak dibayar diganti pidana penjara selama 5 tahun.

 

Djuyamto merupakan salah satu dari lima terdakwa dalam perkara dugaan suap penanganan perkara di lingkungan peradilan, bersama Muhammad Arief Nuryanta (MAN), Agam Syarif Baharudin, Ali Muhtarom, dan Wahyu Gunawan. (Yuko)
