PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Permasalahan kelangkaan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang terjadi bertahun-tahun di Bangka Belitung kembali memanas di ruang Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) DPRD Babel. Anggota DPRD Provinsi Babel, Rina Tarol, melontarkan kritik keras dan lugas kepada Pertamina Babel dan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Babel yang dinilai gagal memberikan solusi konkret atas krisis berulang tersebut.
RDP yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Badan Musyawarah DPRD Babel pada Kamis (20/11) menjadi arena bagi Rina Tarol untuk mempertanyakan keseriusan pihak terkait.
Saat diwawancarai awak media usai RDP, Rina Tarol dengan tegas menyebut adanya indikasi kelalaian dan penyelewengan yang dibiarkan terus menerus.
“Saya mau cari, terkait Pertamina ini seperti apa sih? Sebenarnya masalahnya selesai dari tahun ke tahun. Ya karena memang mereka tidak pernah antisipasi,” ucap Rina Tarol bernada tinggi.
Rina Tarol membeberkan tiga poin utama yang menjadi akar masalah kelangkaan BBM, sekaligus menyoroti ketidakmampuan Pertamina melakukan mitigasi.
Ia menyoroti kondisi Depot Pengisian Pesawat Udara (DPPU) Pangkal Balam yang bergantung pada pasang surut air laut. Rina menilai Pertamina harusnya sudah membangun depot cadangan di lokasi yang lebih stabil, seperti Sadai, untuk menjamin ketersediaan stok saat cuaca buruk.
Anggota dewan ini menyinggung pola berulang: setiap kali harga timah naik, pasti minyak langka. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya penyelewengan BBM subsidi ke sektor tambang atau industri. Ia mempertanyakan sikap tegas Pertamina untuk melaporkan indikasi penyelewengan ini kepada aparat penegak hukum.
Rina Tarol mengungkapkan temuan di lapangan, seperti di SPBN Penutuk dan Baturusa. Dari 30 ton BBM yang didrop, hanya sekitar 4,48 ton yang benar-benar tersalurkan untuk nelayan. “Sisanya ada yang tidak tahu kemana. Nah indikasinya ke sawit, indikasinya ke tambang, ada kan di depan mata ada,” tegasnya.
Rina Tarol menyimpulkan bahwa tidak adanya penegakan hukum yang tegas di Bangka Belitung menjadi penyebab utama masalah ini terus berulang. Bahkan, ia menyoroti anomali di mana BBM untuk nelayan selalu habis meskipun cuaca buruk membuat mereka tidak bisa melaut.
“Inilah yang jadi masalah, artinya kan ada penyelewengan penggunaan BBM subsidi. Nah ini kan tidak pernah ada penegakan hukum, sehingga ini menjadi kebiasaan yang berulang dan berulang,” kritiknya.
Sebagai wakil rakyat, Rina Tarol mendesak Pertamina untuk menggunakan fungsi pengawasannya dengan tegas, termasuk mencabut izin SPBU yang terbukti melakukan penyelewengan atau segera melaporkannya ke pihak berwajib.
