PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Tangis pilu seorang ibu di media sosial memantik keprihatinan luas setelah sang buah hati, Al Zayan (11 bulan), meninggal dunia di Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah (RSBT) Pangkalpinang. Bocah malang ini diduga menjadi korban kelalaian perawat yang tidak memberikan penanganan cepat saat kondisinya kritis. Selasa,(2/9)
Insiden tragis ini terungkap setelah sang ibu, Ayi, mengunggah video dan curhatannya di media sosial. Dalam video tersebut, ia menceritakan betapa paniknya saat melihat anaknya demam tinggi dan menggigil, sementara perawat tak kunjung datang meski tombol darurat sudah berulang kali ia tekan dalam tangisnya, menggambarkan rasa putus asa yang mendalam.
Kematian Al Zayan ini pun mendapat respons keras dari Ketua Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Pangkalpinang, Jazzkyanda. Ia mendesak agar manajemen RSBT segera melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh dan mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap perawat yang diduga lalai.
Menurut Jazzkyanda, kasus ini bukan sekadar keterlambatan, melainkan pelanggaran serius terhadap profesionalisme dan tanggung jawab tenaga kesehatan.
“Ini bukan hanya soal keterlambatan, tapi soal tanggung jawab dan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan. Jika benar ada unsur kelalaian, maka perawat yang bersangkutan harus diberhentikan, dan jajaran manajemen RSBT harus dievaluasi secara menyeluruh,” tegas Jazzkyanda.
Ia menambahkan, rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas publik wajib memberikan pelayanan yang aman, bermutu, dan manusiawi, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit. Pembiaran terhadap pasien dalam kondisi darurat, lanjutnya, adalah pelanggaran nyata yang tidak bisa ditoleransi.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada pernyataan resmi dari pihak RSBT terkait dugaan kelalaian yang menyebabkan meninggalnya Al Zayan. Sementara itu, Pemuda Muhammadiyah menyatakan siap mengawal kasus ini dan memberikan pendampingan hukum serta moral kepada keluarga korban demi mendapatkan keadilan.
Apa yang bisa dilakukan keluarga korban dalam kasus dugaan malpraktik atau kelalaian medis seperti ini?
Keluarga dapat melaporkan kejadian ini ke polisi agar dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut terkait dugaan kelalaian yang menyebabkan kematian.
Minta penjelasan resmi dari pihak rumah sakit dan sampaikan aduan ke komite etik internal atau dewan direksi.Cari bantuan hukum dari pengacara atau lembaga bantuan hukum yang memiliki spesialisasi dalam kasus malpraktik medis.
Jika terbukti ada pelanggaran etik profesi, MKEK dapat memberikan sanksi etik kepada tenaga kesehatan yang bersangkutan.
Kasus ini menjadi pengingat bagi seluruh pihak, baik penyedia layanan kesehatan maupun masyarakat, tentang pentingnya pelayanan medis yang profesional dan penuh empati.(Yuko)
