Skandal Vonis Bebas Kasus CPO: Dua Terdakwa Didakwa Terima Suap Miliaran Rupiah

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Sidang skandal vonis bebas bebas kasus CPO dengan Nomor Perkara 70 dan 74/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025 PN.Jkt Pst, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) mendakwa Muhammad Arief Nuryanta (MAN) dan Wahyu Gunawan (WG) menerima suap miliaran rupiah untuk meloloskan putusan ekspor CPO pada Januari–April 2022. Namun, vonis hakim justru menyatakan perbuatan tersebut “bukan tindak pidana korupsi”. Publik dibuat tercengang setelah Majelis Hakim memutus vonis bebas bagi para terdakwa, yang merupakan perusahaan korporasi, kasus dugaan suap ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan turunannya. Padahal nilai uang pengganti yang dipertaruhkan mencapai Rp17 triliun. Sidang digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (20/8/2025).

 

Dalam dakwaan, JPU menyebut MAN dan WG kecipratan “uang panas” yang mencapai USD 2500 setara Rp40 miliar, dengan pembagian sebagai berikut:

 

– Terdakwa MAN: Rp3,3 M + Rp12,4 M

– Terdakwa WG: Rp800 Juta + Rp1,6 M

– Terdakwa JY: Rp1,7 M + Rp7,8 M

– Terdakwa AS: Rp1,1 M + Rp5,1 M

– Terdakwa AM: Rp1,1 M + Rp5,1 M

 

Uang itu disebut mengalir dari sejumlah advokat: Ariyanto, Marcella Santoso, Junaidi Suhaibih, hingga M. Syafi’i, yang mewakili kepentingan korporasi sawit seperti Wilmar Group, Permata Hijau Group, dan Musimas Group.

 

“Padahal diketahui hadiah atau janji tersebut diberikan untuk mempengaruhi putusan perkara yang diserahkannya untuk diadili, yaitu melalui Terdakwa MAN dan WG untuk mempengaruhi Majelis Hakim,” tegas JPU dalam dakwaannya.

 

Menanggapi dakwaan, Penasehat Hukum terdakwa MAN, Philipus Sitepu, mengaku ada sejumlah substansi yang tidak disepakati. Namun, timnya dan Terdakwa MAN sepakat tidak mengajukan eksepsi.

 

“Kami sepakat tidak mengajukan eksepsi, langsung masuk ke pokok perkara, nanti pembuktian Minggu depan yang akan menentukan,” ujarnya seusai sidang. (Yuko)
