Postingan tersebut menuduh adanya malapraktik di RSUD Depati Hamzah yang menyebabkan kematian Aldo.

Namun, yang mengejutkan, dalam persidangan terungkap bahwa hoaks tersebut awalnya ditujukan untuk menjatuhkan dokter spesialis jantung lain, dr. Bayu Kuncoro Aji, yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di China.

Ironisnya, alih-alih mengenai target, kasus ini justru menjerat dr. Ratna Setia Asih, seorang dokter anak, yang kini berstatus tersangka.
