Bahkan, PTUN Pangkalpinang juga telah menetapkan Eksekusi PTUN Pangkalpinang Nomor 16/PEN.EKS/2024/PTUN.PGP, tertanggal 23 Juli 2025, yang secara jelas memerintahkan pencabutan surat aset tersebut.
Namun, alih-alih melaksanakan putusan pengadilan, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Bangka Barat justru mengeluarkan pernyataan yang membingungkan publik, dengan mengatakan bahwa lahan tersebut bukan milik siapapun. Pernyataan ini jelas bertolak belakang dengan fakta di lapangan, di mana para petani telah mengelola lahan tersebut puluhan tahun dan aktif membayar pajak.
Menanggapi dugaan pengabaian putusan hukum dan pernyataan Sekda Bangka Barat, Ketua LBH Milenial, Bung Dodoy, yang juga kuasa hukum masyarakat, menyatakan kekecewaannya.
“Kami akan laporkan ke Presiden langsung terkait masalah ini. Kami duga kuat juga ada indikasi KKN (Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme) terkait pengelolaan lahan tersebut selama ini,” tegas Bung Dodoy saat dihubungi via WhatsApp pada Rabu (30/7/2025).
Lebih lanjut, Bung Dodoy menegaskan bahwa LBH Milenial tidak akan tinggal diam. “Oknum-oknum yang diduga terlibat dalam masalah lahan Landbouw masyarakat Kelapa ini akan kami laporkan ke Kejaksaan Agung RI agar segera diproses,” pungkasnya.
