PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.Com – Hubungan antara Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) dan Bank Sumsel Babel memanas. “Ini bukan tiba-tiba, ini berkaitan dengan saham kita di Bank Sumsel Babel dan MoU yang pernah disepakati,” ujar Himmah Olivia dengan nada tegas. “Kami melihat tadi sepertinya tidak ada hal yang dilakukan oleh Bank Sumsel, atau sudah dilakukan namun tidak maksimal.”
Sebelumnya, Komisi II DPRD Babel telah beberapa kali memanggil pihak Bank Sumsel Babel dan bahkan pernah mengirimkan surat kepada pimpinan DPRD terkait rencana pencabutan RKUD. Namun, surat tersebut seolah mandek dan permasalahan belum terselesaikan.
“Dulu kami pernah memanggil Bank Sumsel, sempat kami berkirim surat untuk mencabut RKUD itu. Artinya mungkin akan pindahkan ke bank lain,” ungkap Himmah Olivia.
DPRD Babel memberikan ultimatum satu minggu kepada Bank Sumsel Babel untuk menunjukkan progres nyata dalam menindaklanjuti MoU tersebut. Jika dalam waktu yang ditentukan tidak ada jawaban atau penyelesaian yang jelas, Komisi II bersepakat akan melanjutkan kembali proses pencabutan RKUD.
“Kami tunggu satu minggu ke depan. Jika tidak ada jawaban yang jelas, kami akan berdiskusi di Komisi II dan surat akan kami kirimkan kembali,” tegas Himmah.
Ancaman pencabutan RKUD ini bukan hanya sekadar gertakan. Nilai Rp 2,5 triliun yang tersimpan di RKUD merupakan potensi besar yang bisa dialihkan ke bank lain jika Bank Sumsel Babel tidak segera menunaikan komitmennya. Ini menjadi tekanan serius bagi Bank Sumsel Babel untuk segera berbenah dan memenuhi janji-janji yang telah disepakati.
