Janji Tinggal Janji? IPP Dihapus, ‘Infaq’ Bermunculan, Orang Tua Murid di Babel Menjerit Diam!

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Bak api dalam sekam, kekecewaan mulai membara di kalangan orang tua murid di Bangka Belitung. Ketua DPRD Babel, Didit Srigusjaya, dengan lantang memang telah menegaskan bahwa Iuran Pembiayaan Pendidikan (IPP) resmi dihapus. Keputusan itu, bak embun pagi yang menyejukkan, lahir dari rahim rapat Badan Musyawarah DPRD Babel bersama Dinas Pendidikan Babel pada Senin (30/6).

Namun, kelegaan itu hanya sekejap, karena di lapangan, realita berbalik 180 derajat. “Nyatanya sekolah lebih pintar mengakali IPP gratis dengan infaq!” teriak salah seorang orang tua murid, suaranya sarat kekecewaan, seolah menunjuk jari telunjuknya ke arah praktik-praktik licik yang terjadi di balik dinding sekolah. Janji penghapusan IPP, bak fatamorgana di gurun pasir, terlihat indah namun tak nyata.

Didit Srigusjaya menegaskan dalam rapat-rapat Bamus, ia berulang kali mewanti-wanti, “Jika memang IPP akan dihapus, problem untuk pembiayaan seperti apa? Ini harus jelas, jangan nanti IPP dihapus ada sumbangan lagi, itu sama saja, ini harus jelas!” Kalimatnya, bak ramalan yang kini menjadi kenyataan pahit.

Memang, ada kesepakatan dari pihak eksekutif untuk merevisi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan. Bahkan, Didit menekankan bahwa IPP untuk Bangka Belitung “tidak ada lagi”. Namun, ia juga meminta kejelasan tentang sumbangan-sumbangan apa yang diperbolehkan dan siapa sasarannya.

“Kami meminta sasarannya, yang kita minta anak-anak yatim piatu yang tidak mampu, itu tidak boleh ada sumbangan. Kecuali kepada orang-orang yang mempunyai penghasilan lebih baik,” tegasnya, bak membentengi mereka yang lemah.

Namun, semua penegasan itu seolah tak berdaya menghadapi kreativitas sekolah dalam “mengakali” aturan. Wali murid, kata sumber tersebut, banyak yang memilih diam, membungkam suara, seolah takut akan bayang-bayang konsekuensi jika berani bersuara. Mereka ibarat padi yang merunduk, pasrah pada keadaan.

Pertanyaannya kini, apakah janji penghapusan IPP hanyalah tipuan belaka, dan “infaq” menjadi wujud baru dari pungutan yang bersembunyi di balik jubah kesukarelaan? Masyarakat menanti jawaban, dan keadilan pendidikan harus ditegakkan, bukan hanya di atas kertas, tapi di setiap bangku sekolah.(Yuko)
