Korupsi Timah: Hakim Vonis Alwin Albar 10 Tahun Penjara dan Denda Rp750 Juta

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Terdakwa Alwin Albar eks Direktur Operasional dan Produksi PT Timah TBK, diduga telah turut merugikan negara hingga Rp300 triliun, divonis 10 tahun oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tipikor,atas kasus korupsi tata niaga komoditas timah wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah Tbk tahun 2015-2022, di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (5/5/2025).

Ketua Majelis Hakim Fajar Kusuma Adji, dalam sidang mengatakan terdakwa Alwin Albar telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama sebagaimana dakwaan penuntut umum.

“Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa yaitu pidana selama 10 tahun dan denda sebesar Rp750 juta dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayarkan akan diganti pidana kurungan selama enam bulan,” beber Ketua Majelis Hakim.

Hakim mempertimbangkan hal-hal yang memberatkan dan meringankan. Hakim menyebut hal yang memberatkan terdakwa, yaitu tidak membantu program pemerintah dalam pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi, terdakwa pernah dipidana dalam perkara lain dan kerugian Negara cukup besar.

“Sementara yang meringankan terdakwa kooperatif, terdakwa berterus terang tidak berlebih-lebih,” ujar Hakim.

Vonis yang dijatuhi hakim lebih rendah 4 tahun dari tuntutan JPU,  yang menuntut terdakwa Alwin Albar 14 tahun penjara, serta denda sebesar Rp1 miliar dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 1 tahun.

Atas putusan vonis Majelis Hakim Tipikor, baik JPU dan Penasihat Hukum terdakwa menyatakan pikir-pikir atas putusan tersebut.(Yuko)
