BANGKA BARAT, PERKARANEWS – Dikenal warga sebagai dukun atau paranormal di wilayah Kecamatan Mentok, Kabupaten Bangka Barat, ditangkap oleh pihak kepolisian setelah diduga melakukan pencabulan dan persetubuhan terhadap anak di bawah umur.
Penangkapan RB dilakukan menyusul laporan dari orang tua korban, yang melaporkan dugaan tindakan asusila terhadap anak perempuannya yang masih berusia 16 tahun. Peristiwa ini diketahui terjadi pada Minggu, 18 Mei 2025, di rumah korban di Mentok
Berdasarkan keterangan pelapor, RB datang untuk melakukan ritual pengobatan terhadap anak kandung pelapor. Ia meminta uang sebesar Rp300.000 untuk membeli sesajen dan melakukan sejumlah ritual alasan korban untuk “mengusir jin”.
Kapolres Bangka Barat, AKBP Pradana Aditya Nugraha, S.H., S.I.K., dalam konferensi pers resmi menyatakan bahwa RB saat ini telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
“Modus pelaku adalah berpura-pura mengobati korban, menggunakan pengaruh spiritual, lalu melakukan tindakan asusila terhadap anak di bawah umur,” ujar Kapolres dalam keterangannya di Mapolres Bangka Barat.28/5/2015
Tambah Kapolres Bangka Barat ia juga menambahkan bahwa pelaku juga pernah menjalani hukuman dalam kasus Serupa
“Kami juga menemukan fakta bahwa pelaku adalah residivis kasus serupa pada tahun 2005 dan telah menjalani hukuman penjara hingga 2016. Setelah keluar, ia kembali membuka praktik sebagai paranormal,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Bangka Barat, AKP Fajar Riansyah, menegaskan bahwa proses penyidikan masih terus berlanjut dan polisi tidak menutup kemungkinan ada korban lainnya.
“Kami menduga ada lebih dari satu korban. Kami mengimbau kepada masyarakat yang pernah menjadi pasien RB untuk segera melapor. Kami siap memberikan perlindungan kepada para korban,” tegas AKP Fajar.
RB saat ini ditahan di Mapolres Bangka Barat dan akan dijerat dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara atau lebih, tergantung perkembangan penyidikan dan jumlah korban. (Yuko)
