Fakta Mengejutkan di Balik Polemik Wartawan dan Pengusaha Tomi Permana

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Babak baru dalam polemik laporan pengusaha Tomi Permana terhadap wartawan Ahmad Wahyudi alias Yuko terkait unggahan di media sosial Facebook kian memanas. Terlapor akhirnya membuka suara, mengungkap sederet fakta mengejutkan terkait isu yang sempat viral dan menyeret nama Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Pangkalpinang. Senin,(19/5)

Terlapor dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa status Facebook yang menjadi pangkal permasalahan bukanlah berita bohong atau upaya pencemaran nama baik terhadap pengusaha Tomi Permana.

Menurutnya, apa yang tertulis dalam unggahan tersebut adalah representasi dari kejadian nyata yang ia saksikan sendiri. Pernyataan ini disampaikan sebagai bentuk klarifikasi dan hak jawab atas pemberitaan yang sempat ramai diperbincangkan.

Lebih lanjut, terlapor tersebut mengungkapkan perannya sebagai saksi mata saat Kejari Pangkalpinang menggelar konferensi pers terkait dugaan adanya oknum pengusaha yang mencatut nama institusi Adhyaksa demi meloloskan proyek di berbagai Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).

“Saat itu, ada permintaan khusus dari salah satu pejabat teras korps Adhyaksa kepada saya untuk ‘menjaga’ Tomi Permana yang sedang ramai diberitakan miring,” beber saksi dengan nada serius.
Ia kemudian menirukan percakapan yang terjadi saat itu, “‘Dok, ini Tomi Permana. Teman kita, tolong dijaga ya,’ ujar pejabat Kejari tersebut. Saya pun merespons dengan bertanya, ‘Bukankah ini pengusaha yang sedang viral itu?’ dan dijawab dengan nada tegas, ‘Sudah, ini teman kita’,” lanjutnya. Bahkan, saksi menambahkan, “Saat itu, Tomi Permana sampai memeluk saya sebagai tanda perkenalan.”ungkapnya

Untuk menguatkan pernyataannya, pelapor turut melampirkan sejumlah tautan berita yang sempat menjadi perhatian publik pada tahun 2022, di antaranya:

Terlapor tersebut juga menyinggung kedekatannya pelapor dengan terlapor  yang kini tengah berseteru.

“Saya ini saksi hidup. Saya menjaga Tomi sejak pertemuan pertama di Pangkalpinang hingga hari ini. Bahkan, siang tadi kami sempat bertemu di warung lempah kuning Pintu Air. Pengusaha yang kini melaporkan justru ‘sudah pernah saya jaga dan dilindungi’,” ungkapnya dengan nada sedikit heran.

Melalui pernyataan yang pelapor sampaikan, tersebut juga mengirimkan pesan khusus kepada Tomi Permana,

“Tolong sampaikan salam saya kepada Tomi Permana,” ucapnya singkat.

Di akhir pernyataannya yang cukup blak-blakan, ia menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas tindakannya di masa lalu terkait situasi yang kini mencuat.

“Terakhir, saya menyampaikan permohonan maaf jika di masa lalu, saat saya mengenal pelapor, saya juga ikut menjaga dan menutupi apa pun yang saya ketahui tentang keadaan saat itu. Kita sama-sama tahu saja. Tidak perlu saya ungkapkan lebih jauh karena khawatir akan membuka lagi hal-hal yang mungkin lebih sensitif untuk dipublikasikan dan siap menaati aturan dan perundangan yang berlaku serta akan memenuhi pemanggilan oleh pihak berwajib,” pungkasnya.
