Rilis Berita Statistik BPS, Sekda Mie Go Harap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Pangkalpinang Membaik di 2025

<strong>PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS</strong> –  Sekda Kota Pangkalpinang, Mie Go, mengikuti rilis berita resmi statistik Maret 2025 di kantor Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Pangkalpinang, Selasa (8/4/2025). Ini merupakan agenda rutin bulanan yang digelar oleh BPS untuk memaparkan terkait inflasi maupun pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pangkalpinang.

Mie Go turut mengapresiasi langkah BPS dalam melibatkan dan melaporkan berita statistik ini secara berkala ke Pemkot Pangkalpinang. Ia menyebut, data ini dapat menjadi tolok ukur dan acuan pemerintah kota dalam menentukan kebijakan strategis berkaitan dengan pengendalian inflasi.

“Kita harus menjamin ketersediaan pasokan, begitupun misalnya ada kenaikan harga. Jangan sampai membebankan masyarakat, ” ujar Mie Go.

Ia menuturkan, Pangkalpinang mengalami kontraksi yang cukup signifikan, yakni pertumbuhan ekonomi pada 2023 ke 2024 turun -2,3 persen. Mie Go berharap di tahun 2025 hal tersebut dapat ditekan dan Pangkalpinang tidak menjadi daerah terendah terkait pertumbuhan ekonomi di Bangka Belitung.

Sementara itu, Kepala BPS Kota Pangkalpinang, Dewi Savitri menyampaikan, Maret 2025 Kota Pangkal Pinang mengalami Inflasi y-on-y sebesar 1,39 persen dengan IHK sebesar 105,91.

Inflasi y-on-y terjadi karena adanya kenaikan harga yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan indeks kelompok pengeluaran diantara kelompok makanan, minuman, tembakau, kelompok pakaian dan beberapa lainnya.

Kota Pangkalpinang mengalami inflasi m-to-m sebesar 1,78 persen dan inflasi y-to-d sebesar 1,03 persen. Sementara perekonomian Kota Pangkalpinang berdasarkan besaran Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) atas dasar harga berlaku triwulan IV-2024 mencapai Rp5,04 triliun dan atas dasar harga konstan 2010 mencapai Rp2,79 triliun.<strong>(MJ01)</strong>
